| dc.description.abstract | Uzaktan eğitim sistemi, teknolojik gelişim ve değişimlerden en çok etkilenen alanların başında gelmektedir. Uzaktan eğitim televizyon program yapım ve sunum uygulamalarında öğrenci ile eğitici arasındaki iletişimin pasif olması en önemli sorunlardan birisidir. Öğrenen ve öğretici arasında bir etkileşim sağlanırsa ve diğer materyaller ya da sunum biçimleri birlikte uyum içerisinde birleştirilebilirse, uzaktan eğitim en az yüz yüze eğitim kadar ya da daha da etkili olabilir. Sayısal televizyon program yapım ve yayın sürecine etkileşim boyutunu getirmiştir. Uzaktan eğitim sistemi de bu değişimden yararlanabilir; sınıf stüdyolar, sanal stüdyolar, metadata uygulamaları ve sayısal televizyonun getirdiği etkileşim vasıtasıyla uzaktan eğitimde yeni bir kapı açılabilir. Sayısal televizyon, e-öğrenme sisteminin yararlandığı internet uygulamalarıyla bütünleşerek, öğrencilere bütünleşik yeni bir platform sunabilir. 21. yüzyılda sayısal sistemlerin bütünleşmesi ve yakınsaması nedeniyle, onun içerisinde yer alan metadata anahtar bir rol oynar. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Distance education system is in the most important place in the fields which are influenced from the technological developments and changes. Because of the passive relationship between the student and the educator, it is one of the most important problems at the productions and the presentations of the distance education television programs. Distance education might be as effective as face-to-face education or much more if an interaction could be provided between learner and educator, and if other materials or presentation forms could be combined together harmoniously. Digital television introduced the interaction dimension into the program producing and broadcasting process. Distance education system also can benefit from this change; new possibilities can be presented at the distance education via classroom type television studios, simulated studios, metadata applications and interaction of the digital television. Digital television can present a new hybrid platform to the students with the combination of Internet applications which e-learning system benefit from. Metadata has a key role in this process because of the hybridization and convergence of the digital systems in the 21st century. | en_US |
