| dc.description.abstract | Araştırma fiziksel engelli bireylerde depresyon ve çok boyutlu algılanan sosyal destek düzeyini belirleme amacına yönelik olarak tanımlayıcı nitelikte yapılmıştır. 10 Şubat ? 30 Mayıs 2009 tarihleri arasında Selçuk Üniversitesi Meram Tıp Fakültesi Hastanesi Fizik Tedavi ve Rehabilitasyon Merkezinde tedavi gören araştırma sınırlılıklarını taşıyan 120 fiziksel engelli birey araştırma nüfusunu oluşturmuştur. Verilerin toplanmasında fiziksel engelli bireylerin tanıtıcı özelliklerini içeren bir anket formu, ?Çok Boyutlu Algılanan Sosyal Destek Ölçeği (ÇBASDÖ)? ve ?Beck Depresyon Envanteri (BDE)? kullanılmıştır. Veriler araştırmacı tarafından yüz yüze görüşme yöntemi ile toplanmıştır. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde, istatistiksel analizlerden sayı, yüzde, ortalama, standart sapma, Kruskal wallis (KW), Mann-Whitney U (MW-U) testi, Bonferroni düzeltmeli MW-U ve Lojistik Regresyon analizleri kullanılmıştır. Fiziksel engelli bireylerde depresyonun belirtilerinin görüldüğü ve engelli olmanın depresyon belirtilerini arttırdığı, fiziksel engelli bireylerin ÇBASDÖ puanlarından; aile desteği aylık ortalama gelirden, arkadaş desteği yaş, medeni durumdan, özel insan desteği yaş, medeni durum, algılanan ekonomik durumdan ve toplam sosyal destek puanı yaş, medeni durum, algılanan ekonomik durumdan etkilendiği sonucuna varılmıştır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The research in individuals with physical disabilities and depression and perceived social support multi-dimensional for the purpose of determining the level of quality is made identifiable. 10 February to 30 May 2009 the Selçuk University Meram Medical Faculty Between Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Center Hospital treated 120 phrsically disabled individuals carrying the limitations of research formed the research population. Collecting data of individuals with physical disabilities with the characteristics of an introductory questionnaire, ?Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS)? and ?Beck Depression Inventory (BDE)? is used. Data by the researcher was collected by face to face interviews. Evaluation of the data, statistical analysis of the number, percentage, mean, Standard deviation, Kruskal wallis (KW), Mann-Whitney U (MW-U) test, Bonferroni adjustment of MW-U and logistic regression analysis was used. In individuals with physical disabilities, symptoms of depression shown to be impaired and symptoms of depression increased, individuals with physical disabilities MSPSS scores of family support, the average monthly income, friends, support, age, merital situation, support for special people age, marital status, perceived economic situation and the total social support score years, marital status, perceived economic situation affects, it was concluded. | en_US |
