dc.description.abstractDoğrusal programlama, belirli bir hedefi gerçekleştirmek için sınırlı kaynakların en etkin kullanımını ve çeşitli alternatifler arasında en uygun seçimi ya da dağılımı sağlayan bir matematiksel programlama tekniğidir. Üretim planlaması, işletmenin mevcut kaynaklarını rasyonel olarak kullanarak istenilen kalitede ürünlerin üretilebilmesi konusunda karar alma işlemidir. Bu çalışmada, üretim ve kapasite planlamasının işletmeler açısından önemi vurgulanarak bu alandaki problemlerin çözümünde kullanılan tekniklerden doğrusal programlama tekniği incelenmiş ve bu tekniğin bir sanayi işletmesinde uygulaması yapılmıştır. Yapılan çalışmada işletmenin verileri talep tahminleri doğrultusunda kullanılarak kârı maksimum yapacak ürünlerin yıllık üretim planını verecek doğrusal programlama modeli oluşturulmaktadır. Modelin çözümünde ve analizinde Lindo programı kullanılmıştır. Çalışmanın sonunda ise ortaya çıkan sonuçlar incelenip bazı önerilerde bulunulmaktadır.en_US
dc.description.abstractLinear programming is a mathematical programming technique that provides the most convenient choice or the distribution among the various alternatives and the most efficient usage of limited resources to achieve a specific goal. Production planning is the process of decision-making to be able to produce in the required quality products by using existing resources rationally. In this study, emphasizing the importance of production and capacity planning to enterprises, the linear programming technique, one of the most used techniques to solve the problems in these areas is examined and the application of this technique is practiced in an industrial enterprise. In this study, using the demand forecast in line with the enterprise's data, linear programming model of annual production plan of products is created to maximize profit. Lindo software has been used to solve and analyze the model. Finally, some suggestions are examined according to results.en_US
