| dc.description.abstract | 2011 yılında Suriye'de başlayan savaş nedeniyle ortaya çıkankaos ortamından kurtulmak isteyen milyonlarca Suriyeli, Türkiye'nin uyguladığı "Açık Kapı Politikası" sayesinde ülkemize sığınmış ve Türkiye önemli bir kitlesel göç hareketi ile karşı karşıya kalmıştır. İlk başlarda toplum tarafından misafir olarak görülen Suriyeli sığınmacı algısı, savaşın uzaması ve sığınmacı sayısının her geçen gün artması ile zaman içinde değişikliğe uğramış ve bazı sorunlar yaşanmaya başlanmıştır. Türk halkının Suriyeli sığınmacılara yönelik bakış açılarının ve algılarının belirlenmesi amacı ile yapılan bu araştırma, Konya ili örneği üzerinden Türk toplumunun sahip olduğu Suriyeli sığınmacı algısının tespit edilmesi için tarama modelinden faydalanılarak yapılmış bir saha çalışması niteliğindedir. Çalışmanın örneklemi, Konya'nın merkez ilçeleri olan ve en fazla Suriyeli sığınmacının yaşadığı Meram, Karatay ve Selçuklu ilçeleri ile en az Suriyeli sığınmacının yaşadığı Ahırlı ve Yalıhüyük ilçelerinde yaşayan toplam 548 kişiden oluşmaktadır. Çalışmada incelenecek veriler anket tekniği ile toplanmış ve SPSSVersion 25 istatistik programı ile ön ve ileri analizlere tabi tutulmuştur. Araştırma bulguları istatistik yöntemlerle betimlenmeye çalışılmış ve katılımcıların demografik özellikleri ile sığınmacılara yönelik ortaya çıkan olumlu/olumsuz algı arasındaki ilişki"bağımsız örneklem t testi" ve "ANOVA testi" ile analiz edilerek değerlendirmelerde bulunulmuştur. Araştırma sonucunda toplumun Suriyeli sığınmacıların varlığından kaynaklı mevcut duruma bakış açısının, genel algı ve düşüncelerininçoğunlukla olumsuz olduğu saptanmıştır. Toplum Suriyeli sığınmacıları "Asayiş ve Güvenlik" ile "İşsizlik" alanlarında bir sorun olarak görmekte ve Suriyeliler için yapılan yasal düzenlemeler ile geliştirilen politikaların ise yeterli olmadığını düşünmektedirler. Katılımcıların Suriyeli sığınmacılar ile ilgili algılarının demografik özelliklerinden "cinsiyet" ve "eğitim düzeyi" değişkenleri ile anlamlı bir ilişkisinin olmadığı, ancak "yaş" ve "meslek" değişkenleri ile Suriyeli sığınmacı algısı arasında anlamlı bir ilişkinin olduğu saptanmıştır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | In 2011, due to starting war in Syria who want to get rid of the resulting chaos millions of Syrians, Turkey has applied the "Open Door Policy" Thanks to have sought refuge in our country and Turkey was faced with a considerable mass migration movement. The perception of the Syrian refugee, who was initially seen as a guest by the society, has changed over time with the prolongation of the war and the number of asylum seekers increasing day by day and some problems started to occur. This research was conducted to determine the Turkish people's perspectives and perceptions towards Syrian refugees, Konya example made out of Turkish society benefiting from screening model for the determination of where Syrian refugees perception owner of a field study is the nature. The sample of the study consists of 548 people living in the central districts of Konya, Meram, Karatay and Selçuklu districts with the highest number of Syrian refugees, and in the districts of Ahırlı and Yalıhüyük, where at least Syrian refugees lived. The data to be analyzed in the study were collected using the survey technique and subjected to preliminary and further analysis with the SPSS Version 25 statistics program. The research findings were tried to be described with statistical methods and the relationship between the demographic characteristics of the participants and the positive / negative perception that emerged towards asylum seekers was analyzed with "independent sample t test" and "ANOVA test" and evaluated. As a result of the research, it was determined that the general view and thoughts of the society to the current situation arising from the presence of Syrian refugees are mostly negative. The society sees Syrian refugees as a problem in the areas of "Public Security and Security" and "Unemployment" and they think that the legal regulations and policies developed for Syrians are not sufficient. It was determined that the perceptions of the participants regarding Syrian refugees did not have a significant relationship with the variables of "gender" and "education level", but there was a significant relationship between the variables of "age" and "profession" and the Syrian refugee perception. | en_US |
