Ahmetli ve Turgutlu (Manisa) ilçelerindeki bağlarda salkım güvesi [Lobesia botrana Den. & Schiff. (Lep.: Tortricidae)]'nin popülasyon değişimi ve bulaşıklık oranının saptanması

Özet
Bu çalışma, Manisa iline bağlı Ahmetli (Ataköy, Gökkaya, Karaköy, Kestelli) ve Turgutlu (Akçapınar, Derbent, Musacalı, Sarıbey) ilçelerinde belirlenen sekiz adet bağ alanında, Yuvarlak Çekirdeksiz üzüm çeşidi üzerinde Salkım güvesi [Lobesia botrana Den. & Schiff. (Lep.: Tortricidae)]'nin popülasyon gelişimini ve bulaşıklık oranını saptamak amacıyla 2012-2013 yıllarında yürütülmüştür. Bu bağların her birine 1 Ocak'tan itibaren maksimum sıcaklık toplamlarının 1000°C'ye yaklaştığı tarihlerde birer adet eşeysel çekici feromon tuzağı kurulmuştur. Tuzaklar her hafta kontrol edilmiş, tuzak kapsülleri altı haftada bir, yapışkan tablalar ise kirlendikçe değiştirilmiştir. Lobesia botrana'nın bulaşıklık oranını belirlemek için, her bağda dört farklı sıra üzerinde rastgele seçilen 100 adet salkım kontrol edilmiştir. Yapılan kontrollerde Salkım güvesi zararı, yumurtası, larvası, pupası aranmış ve bu salkımlar bulaşık olarak kabul edilip, bulaşıklık oranı tespit edilmiştir. Salkım güvesi her iki ilçede, yakalanan ergin sayıları bakımından hasat tarihine kadar üç, hasattan sonra da bir olmak üzere toplam dört tepe noktası oluşturmuştur. Hasat dönemine kadar en fazla ergin, 2012 yılında Ahmetli ilçesi Karaköy (394 adet/tuzak/hafta) ve Turgutlu ilçesi Derbent beldesi (439 adet/tuzak/hafta)'nde 23 Ağustos tarihinde, 2013 yılında Ahmetli ilçesi Ataköy (306 adet/tuzak/hafta) ve Turgutlu ilçesi Sarıbey (345 adet/tuzak/hafta) köyünde 22 Ağustos tarihinde yakalanmıştır. Hasat döneminden sonra ise en fazla ergin, 2012 yılında Ahmetli ilçesi Gökkaya beldesi (477 adet/tuzak/hafta) ve Turgutlu ilçesi Akçapınar (504 adet/tuzak/hafta) köyünde 30 Ağustos tarihinde, 2013 yılında Ahmetli ilçesi Ataköy (426 adet/tuzak/hafta) ve Turgutlu ilçesi Sarıbey (647 adet/tuzak/hafta) köyünde 12 Eylül tarihinde yakalanmıştır. Lobesia botrana'nın en yüksek bulaşıklık oranları; 2012 yılında Ahmetli ilçesi Gökkaya beldesi ve Karaköy'de %46, Turgutlu ilçesi Sarıbey köyünde %41 olarak 23 Ağustos tarihinde, 2013 yılında ise Ahmetli ilçesi Gökkaya beldesinde %58 ve Turgutlu ilçesi Sarıbey köyünde %62 olarak 22 Ağustos tarihinde tespit edilmiştir. İki yıl süresince yürütülen çalışma sonuçlarına göre; Ahmetli ve Turgutlu ilçelerindeki deneme bağlarında L. botrana'nın popülasyon yoğunluğu ve bulaşıklık oranları bakımından önemli bir fark oluşturmadığı görülmüştür.
This study was carried out to determine the population and infestation rate of Lobesia botrana Den. & Schiff. (Lep.: Tortricidae) on ball seedless grape variety, was selected eight vineyard in Ahmetli and Turgutlu where the counties of Manisa province between 2012 and 2013. The sexual pheromone traps were settled in each vineyards since January 1st on the dates which the maximum heat total is approached 1000°C. The traps were controlled every week, the traps capsules were changed in every six weeks, the adhesive tabs were changed when they got dirty. Totally 100 bunches which were chosen in each vineyards at random four different row of vinestocks to determine the rate of infestations by grape moth. Damage, egg, larvae, pupae, adult of L. botrana were searched on the bunches and these bunches were accepted infected and rate of infestation was established. Lobesia botrana was formed three peak point until harvest and one peak point after harvest totally four peak points in terms of the number of captured adult. Until the harvest period was captured the most adult number was saved in 2012 in Ahmetli county Karaköy village (394 piece/trap/week) and in Turgutlu county Derbent town (439 piece/trap/week) at August 23rd, in 2013 in Ahmetli county Ataköy village (306 piece/trap/week) and in Turgutlu county Sarıbey village (345 piece/trap/week) at August 22nd.
