Özet
Bu çalışmada Türkiye'nin İç Anadolu Bölgesinde yer alan, Çavuşçu Göl'ünde bulunan Cyprinus carpio (Linnaeus, 1758)'un total yağ asidi bileşimi ve onun 4 mevsimsel olarak değişimi araştırılmıştır. Öncelikle total lipit miktarı belirlenip daha sonra yağ asitlerinin analizi için metilleştirmesi yapılmıştır. Metilleştirilen yağ asitlerinin gaz kromatografik analizleri yapılmıştır. Cyprinus carpio 'nun yağ asidi bileşiminde C10-C24 arasında 35 farklı yağ asidi bulunmuştur. Balık türümüzün total yağ asidi bileşimi mevsimsel olarak sıcaklık değişimlerinden etkilenmiştir.
In this study, located in Turkey's Central Anatolia Region, the total fatty acid composition of carp fish in the lake Çavuşçu and investigated the change in its 4 seasons. Firstly, total lipid content was determined and then methylated for analysis of fatty acids. Gas chromatographic analyzes of fatty acid methyl esters were then performed. In the fatty acid composition of Cyprinus carpio 35 different fatty acids between C10 and C24 were found. The total fatty acid composition of this fish species was affected by seasonal temperature changes.
