Özet
Sinemanın keşfinden bugüne dünyada hakim olan klasik anlatı yapı çerçevesinde çeşitli filmler üretilmektedir. Ancak sinemanın zaman içinde gelişmesi ve çeşitli kuramcılar tarafından farklı tanımlanması, onun klasik anlatı özelliğini kırarak farklı yapılarda üretilmesine imkan tanımıştır. Türkiye’de kendine özgü anlatım üslubuna sahip yönetmenlerden biri olan Ömer Kavur, bu anlayış çerçevesinde filmler üretmiştir. Genellikle yolculuk temasını kullandığı filmlerinde soyut kavramları metaforik ögeler kullanarak peliküle yansıtmıştır. Özellikle zaman kavramı üzerine inşa ettiği son dönem filmleri sinema sanatının felsefi boyutunu ön plana çıkarmıştır. Bu çerçevede “Akrebin Yolculuğu”, Kavur’un zaman kavramını sorguladığı ve bunu çağdaş anlatı kalıbı içinde inşa ettiği bir film olma özelliği kazanmaktadır. Bu çalışma, Kavur’un, son dönem filmlerinden olan “Akrebin Yolculuğu” filmindeki zaman kavramı kullanımını öykü analizi ile çözümlemeyi hedeflemektedir.
Movies are being produced as part of the classical narrative structure since the day, the cinema was discovered. However, the development of the cinema in the course of time and the different definitions by various theorists have allowed this to be produced in different structures by breaking its classical narrative structure. Omer Kavur, one of the directors who has his own style of expression in Turkey, has produced films on the basis of this approach. He has evoked abstract concepts by using metaphorical aspects in his movies that he usually treats the theme of travel. Especially, his latest films about the notion of time have accentuated the philosophical dimension of the art of filmmaking. In this context, one of his movies called “Akrebin Yolculuğu” questioning the notion of time has been produced by using the contemporary styles of narration. This study aims to analyze the use of time notion with narrative analysis in “Akrebin Yolculugu”, one of Kavur's last period films.
