Yeni Medya ve Siyasal İletişim: İnternet Haberlerinde Siyasi Parti Liderlerinin Göçmenlere Bakışı

Özet
Siyasal iletişim, tarihsel süreç içerisinde kitle iletişim araçları doğrultusunda gelişim göstermiştir. İnsanların haber alma ihtiyaçları tarihin her döneminde şekil değiştirerek devam etmiştir. Yeni iletişim teknolojilerinin gelişmiyle gazetecilik faaliyetleri sanal ortamlara taşınarak hipermetinsellik, yakınsama, multimedya gibi yeni özellikleri içerisinde barındıran internet haberciliğinin gelişimiyle geleneksel haberciliğin bir adım ilerisine geçmiş. Gazetelerde gündem oluşturan konular internet haberlerindeki yerini almıştır. Çalışmada temel amaç, yeni iletişim teknolojilerinin gelişimiyle hayatımıza giren internet haberciliğinde toplumu etkileyen göç süreci ve göçmen olgusunun siyasi parti liderlerinin söylemleri üzerinden ele alarak analiz edilmiştir. Siyasi parti liderlerinin internet ortamında yayın hayatına devam eden farklı yayın politikalarını benimsemiş gazetelerde göç ve göçmenlere yönelik demeçlerinin yer aldığı haberler Teun Van Dijk’ın eleştirel söylem analizi kapsamında sosyo- bilişsel çözümlemelere izin veren makro ve mikro yapı modeline göre çözümlenmiştir. İnternet haberlerinde siyasi parti liderlerinin göçmen söylemleri üzerinden ideolojik üretimin makro yapıyı oluşturan başlık ve haber girişleri oluştururken mikro yapı unsurlarından kelime seçimleri, cümle yapıları aracılığıyla üretildiği görülmektedir. Araştırmanın sonucunda internet haberlerinde siyasi parti liderlerinin göçmenlere yönelik söylemlerini konu alan haberler incelendiğinde Türkiye’nin yoğun bir göçmen yüküyle karşı karşıya kaldığı ve göçmen konusunda Avrupa tarafından yalnız bırakıldığı, göçmenlerin Türkiye’ye tehdit oluşturduğuna yönelik siyasi parti liderlerinin söylemleri üzerinden genel bir bakış açısı benimsenirken göçmenlere yönelik söylemlerin iktidar ve muhalefette olma durumu ve genel siyasi atmosfere göre değişiklik gösterdiği görülmektedir.
Political communication has developed in line with mass media in the historical process. People's need to receive information has continued to change shape in every period of history. With the development of new communication technologies, journalism activities have been moved to virtual environments, and with the development of internet journalism, which includes new features such as hypertextuality, convergence, and multimedia, it has gone one step ahead of traditional journalism. The topics that constitute the agenda in the newspapers have taken their place in the internet news. The main purpose of the study was analyzed through the discourses of political party leaders about the migration process and the phenomenon of immigrants, which affect the society in internet journalism, which came into our lives with the development of new communication technologies. The news in which the statements of political party leaders on immigration and immigrants in newspapers that have adopted different publishing policies that continue their broadcasting life on the internet are analyzed according to the macro and micro structure model that allows socio-cognitive analyzes within the scope of Teun Van Dijk's critical discourse analysis. In internet news, it is seen that the ideological production through the immigrant discourses of political party leaders is produced through the headlines and news entries that form the macro structure, while the word choices and sentence structures are produced from the microstructure elements. As a result of the research, when the news about the discourses of the political party leaders towards the immigrants in the internet news are examined, a general point of view is adopted through the discourses of the political party leaders that Turkey is faced with a heavy burden of immigrants and is left alone by Europe on the issue of immigrants, and that immigrants pose a threat to Turkey. It is seen that the discourses about migration and the general political atmosphere.
