Küresel Sosyal Sorumluluk, Çevresel Tutku ve Yeşil Örgütsel Davranış Etkileşimi: Konaklama İşletmelerinde Bir Uygulama

Özet
Günümüzde özellikle insan kaynaklı faaliyetlere bağlı olarak, çevresel
sorunların artması, herkesin bu konuda önlem alması gerekliliğini beraberinde
getirmiştir. Bu sorunlara bağlı olarak, işletmeler de çevreye verdiği zararları fark
ederek, bu zararı azaltmak için çevreye duyarlı hale gelmiştir. İşletmelerin çevreye
duyarlı faaliyetlerinin başarıya ulaşması için çalışanlarının da bu bilince sahip
olması, çevreye olumlu duygular beslemesi, çevre yanlısı davranışlar sergilemesi ve
sorumluluk üstlenmesi gerekmektedir.
Çevreyle en çok etkileşim halinde olan, varlığı çevreye bağlı olan ancak en çok
zararı da yine kendisi veren sektörlerden biri olan turizm de çevreye karşı önlemler
almalıdır. Çalışan sayısının ve çevreye verilen zararın da fazla olması göz önüne
alındığında, sektör çalışanlarının çevresel tutkuya sahip olması, küresel sosyal
sorumluluk kapsamında hem kendi ülkesi hem diğer ülkeler için yapabileceklerinin
farkında olarak eyleme geçmesi ve yeşil örgütsel davranış sergilemesi
beklenmektedir. Ancak bu şekilde çevresel tutkuya sahip olan çalışanlar, işletmenin
yürüttüğü küresel sosyal sorumluluk faaliyetlerine katılımıyla birlikte yeşil örgütsel
davranış da sergilemiş olacaktır.
Bu çalışmanın amaçları dâhilinde, çevresel tutku ile yeşil örgütsel davranış,
çevresel tutku ile küresel sosyal sorumluluk ve küresel sosyal sorumluluk ile yeşil örgütsel davranış arasındaki ilişki düzeyleri araştırılmış, aralarında pozitif ve anlamlı
bir ilişki olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Aynı zamanda, çevresel tutkunun yeşil örgütsel
davranış ve küresel sosyal sorumluluk, küresel sosyal sorumluluğun yeşil örgütsel
davranış üzerindeki etkisi araştırılmış, anlamlı ve pozitif etkisi olduğu sonucuna
ulaşılmıştır. Ayrıca, demografik özelliklerin yeşil örgütsel davranış, çevresel tutku ve
küresel sosyal sorumluluk algısında anlamlı fark ortaya koyup koymadığının
araştırıldığı bu çalışmada; her kavram için bazı özelliklerde anlamlı farklılık
bulunurken, bazılarında bulunamamıştır.
Today, the increase in environmental problems, especially due to humaninduced activities, has brought the necessity of everyone to take precautions in this regard. Depending on these problems, businesses have become aware of the damage they cause to the environment and become environmentally sensitive in order to reduce this damage. In order for businesses to be successful in their environmentally sensitive activities, their employees must also have this awareness, have positive feelings for the environment, exhibit pro-environmental behaviors and assume responsibility. Tourism, which is one of the sectors that interacts most with the environment, whose existence is dependent on the environment, but which also causes the most damage, should also take precautions against the environment. Considering that the number of employees and the damage to the environment are high, it is expected that the employees of the sector will have environmental passion, take action by being aware of what they can do for their own country and other countries within the scope of global social responsibility, and exhibit green organizational behavior. Only in this way, employees who have environmental passion will also exhibit green organizational behavior with their participation in global social responsibility activities carried out by the accommodation. For the purposes of this study, the relationship levels between environmental passion and green organizational behavior, environmental passion and global social responsibility, and global social responsibility and green organizational behavior were investigated, and it was determined that there was a positive and significant relationship between them. At the same time, the effect of environmental passion on green organizational behavior and global social responsibility, and the effect of global social responsibility on green organizational behavior was investigated, and it was concluded that it had a significant and positive effect. In addition, in this study, in which demographic characteristics reveal a significant difference in the perception of green organizational behavior, environmental passion and global social responsibility; While there were significant differences in some features for each concept, some were not.
