Tersine lojistik faaliyetlerinin tedarik zinciri ve işletme performansı üzerinde etkisi

Günümüz rekabet koşullarında işletmelerin müşteri memnuniyeti sağlayarak etkin maliyetle kârlılıklarını arttıracak sistemleri benimsemeleri gerekmektedir. Ancak doğal kaynakların, piyasadaki hızlı sanayileşmeyle birlikte bilinçsizce kullanımı çevreye de zarar vermektedir. Özellikle işletmeler, müşteriler ve devletin iş birlikçi yapısı ile birlikte çalışarak çevreye verilen bu zararların en az seviyeye getirilmesini sağlamaktadır. Bu alanda yapılan çalışmalardan biri de tersine lojistik faaliyetleridir. Sınıflandırma, ürün yenileştirme, bertaraf etme gibi farklı alanlarda ürün döngüleri sağlanarak hem işletmelere hem de çevreye olan olumlu etkileri yadsınamaz seviyededir. Söz konusu faaliyetlerin müşteriler ve işletmeler tarafından bilinirliği ise günden güne artış göstermektedir. Bu çalışmadaki temel amaç; otomotiv yan sanayi sektöründe faaliyet gösteren işletmelerin uyguladıkları tersine lojistik faaliyetlerinin tedarik zinciri ve işletme performansı üzerinde etkisini belirlemektir. Çalışma bu temel amaca yönelik olarak işletmelerdeki tersine lojistik uygulamalarının tedarik zinciri ve işletme performansı ilişkilerini inceleyen bir alan araştırması şeklinde yürütülmüştür. Araştırma sonucunda Konya otomotiv yan sanayinde uygulanan tersine lojistik faaliyetlerinin işletmelerin tedarik zinciri ve işletme performansı üzerinde olumlu etkilerinin olduğu görülmüştür.

In today's competitive conditions, businesses need to adopt systems that will increase their profitability at an effective cost by providing customer satisfaction. However, the unconscious use of natural resources along with the rapid industrialization in the market also harms the environment. In particular, by working together with businesses, customers and the cooperative structure of the state, these damages to the environment are minimized. One of the studies carried out in this area is reverse logistics activities. By providing product cycles in different areas such as classification, product renewal and disposal, the positive effects on both businesses and the environment are undeniable. The awareness of these activities by customers and businesses is increasing day by day. The main purpose of this study is to determine the effect of reverse logistics activities applied by enterprises operating in the automotive supply industry sector on supply chain and business performance. The study was conducted in the form of a field research examining the supply chain and business performance relationships of reverse logistics applications in enterprises for this main purpose. As a result of the research, it was seen that reverse logistics activities applied in Konya automotive supply industry have positive effects on the supply chain and operating performance of enterprises.
