This study was carried out to investigate hatchability, growth and survival rate in Japanese Quail with different coloured feathers (white, brown and piebald). In this investigation, 421 eggs and 332 chicks were obtained from 10-12-weeks old quails with different coloured feathers that were reared at the special operation of Konya, Turkey and used as the material. When different coloured feathers groups were compared on hatchability of total eggs, there was not statistically significant difference (P>0.05). On the other hand, the differences among groups for apparent fertility, hatchability of fertile eggs and embryonic mortality were found significant (P<0.05). The highest hatchability of fertile eggs, apparent fertility, hatchability of total eggs and low embryonic mortality were determined in the group of white colour. The poorest hatchabilities were found in group of brown colour (PO.05). The highest chick weight and the lowest chick weight were determined in the groups of brown and white colour, respectively. At the later on age periods, weights of groups of brown and white colour were similar. The highest body weight was determined in the group of piebald (PO.001). Generally, it was observed that the fact of low chick hatching weight of white colour group was active in following ages (P<0.001). Survival rate of the groups were not found statistically significant (P>0.05). It was concluded that there is a need for investigating some of the external and-internal quality characteristics of eggs in Japanese Quail with different coloured feathers.
