Özet
Bu çalışmada, bölümümüzde daha önce sentezlenmiş olan tiyosemi karbazonlardan, çalışmamız için uygun olan 2-benzoilpiridin tiyosemikarbazon (H2Bz4DH) ve 2- benzoilpiridin N(4)-fenil tiyosemikarbazon (H2Bz4Ph)'un protonlanmış formlarının, su / 1,2-dikloretan (1,2-DCE) arayüzünden transferlerinin standart Gibbs enerjileri ( â Gtr ,wâ o ) o ,i ve standart dağılma katsayıları gibi fizikokimyasal parametreler, sulu fazın pH'sının fonksiyonu olarak, dönüşümlü voltametri ile tayin edilmiştir. Bu iki bileşiğin protonasyon sabitleri (Ka1 ve Ka2), spektroskopik metotla belirlenmiştir. Bileşiklerin nötral türlerinin dağılma katsayıları (log PN) ve transferin standart Gibbs enerjisi ( â Gtr ,wâ o ) ise shake-Flask o ,N metodu ile tayin edilmiştir. Yüklü ve nötral türlerin dağılma katsayıları, her bir türün lipofilisitesini kalitatif olarak değerlendirmek için kullanılmıştır. Bileşiklerin su / 1,2-DCE arayüzünden transferlerinin standart Gibbs enerjileri ise lipofilisitelerinin kantitatif ölçüsü olarak değerlendirilmiştir.
In this study, physicochemical parameters such as standart partition coefficient (log Pi) and the standart Gibbs energy of transfer ( â Gtr ,wâ o ) of protonated forms of 2- o ,i benzoylpyridine-thiosemicarbazone (H2Bz4DH) and 2-benzoylpyridine N(4)-phenyl- thiosemicarbazone(H2Bz4Ph) were determined as a function of aqueous_pH across interface 1,2-dichloroethane (1,2-DCE) | water (w) using cyclic voltammetry. The thiosemicarbazones that were used for this study were chosen the most suitable for our study among the other thiosemicarbazones which were synthesized in our laboratory. The protonation constants (Ka1, Ka2) of this compounds were investigated by spectrophotometric methods. The standart Gibbs energy of transfer ( â Gtr ,wâ o ) and partition coefficients of neutral species (log PN) were o ,N also determined by shake-flask method. The partition coefficients of neutral and charged species were used to determine as the qualitative the lipophilicity of each species. The standart Gibbs energy of transfer from interface 1,2-DCE | W of this compounds were evaluated as the quantitative measure of their lipophilicities.
