Özet
Optical coherence tomography (OCT) findings of two patients with Bietti crystalline retinopathy were evaluated. The fundus examination of patients who admitted to our clinic with the complain of decreased visual acuity, revealed diffuse crystalline deposits and retinal pigment epithelial atrophy at the posterior pole. In OCT, high reflective foci, thickening and increased reflectance of the retinal pigment epithelium-choriocapillaris complex were observed. These cases demonstrate that OCT is an adjunctive tool for the follow-up of crystalline deposits and atrophy of the retinal pigment epithelium in Bietti crystalline retinopathy.
