Özet
Bu çalışmada, kanaat önderinin kavramsal ve kuramsal bir tartışması yürütülmektedir. Kanaat önderinin kim olduğu, nasıl algılandığı, toplumda ne tür bir boşluğu doldurduğu gibi sorular etrafında ilerleyen çalışma, bir kanaat önderi tipolojisi çıkarmayı denemektedir. Bunun için ilk olarak kanaat kavramı hakkında değerlendirmeler yapılmaktadır. Daha sonra toplumsal tipler bağlamında "kanaat önderi"nin nasıl bir profile sahip olduğu ele alınmaktadır. Çalışma, eldeki sınırlı literatüre atıfla, teorik kısımda kanaatlerin oluşumunu, yönetilmesini ve yönlendirilmesini tartışmaktadır. Toplumsal tip bağlamında ele alınan kanaat önderi kavramının nasıl bir tanımlamaya sahip olduğu ele alınmaktadır. Dolayısıyla kanaat önderi kavramı etrafında, toplumsal tiplerin önemi ve konumuna dair bir çalışma gerçekleştirilmektedir. İki bölüm halinde gerçekleştirilen teorik çerçevenin ardından kanaat önderi kavramının bir iz düşümü üzerine odaklanılmaktadır. Evren olarak Ağrı'yı esas alan bu çalışma, nitel araştırma yöntemlerinin imkan ve sınırlılıkları dahilinde bir saha çalışmasıyla son bulmaktadır. Sahada, gerek kanaat önderi olarak görülen şahıslar, gerekse yöredeki farklı sosyal katmanlardan gelen kişilerle derinlemesine görüşmeler gerçekleştirilmektedir. Teorik tartışmalar ve sahadan elden edilen veriler çerçevesinde bir kanaat önderi tipolojisi çizilmektedir.
This study is carried out a conceptual and theoretical discussion of opinion leaders. This study which advancing work around questions such as who is believed to be opinion leader, how it is perceived, what kind of fills a gap in society tries to determine a typology. Evaluations are made conviction for that concept primarily. Later in the context of social types "opinion leaders " will be considered that's how it is handled with a profile. The study with a limited and available literature reference, discusses the formation of convictions in the theoretical section by management direction. It is considered that what kind of definition of the concept in the context of social types is discussed. Thus, a study about the importance and location of the social types is being carried out concept of opinion leaders. The theoretical framework is carried out in two sections then it will focus on a projection of the concept of opinion leaders. This study, which has Ağrı as a scope, finishes with possibilities and limitations of a qualitative study. In the field, in-depth interviews are carried out in the region where individuals should be seen as opinion leaders, as well as with people from different social strata. Typology of an opinion leader will be gained in the framework of the theoretical discussions and the data gathered from the field.
