| dc.description.abstract | Orta Asya'da kurulan üçüncü büyük Türk-İslam devleti olan Büyük Selçuklu Devleti'nin doğu politikasının temelleri devletin kuruluş döneminde atılmıştır. Dandanakan Zaferi'nden sonra toplanan Merv Kurultayı'nda devlet feodal esaslar çerçevesine hanedan üyeleri arasında paylaşılmıştır. Bu paylaşımda doğu bölgeleri Çağrı Bey'e verilmiştir. Çağrı Bey bir yandan doğudaki toprakları korurken, öte yandan da fetih hareketleriyle sınırlarını genişletmiştir. Çağrı Bey'in bu dönemdeki faaliyetleri Büyük Selçukluların doğu politikasının esaslarını oluşturmuştur. Kuruluşundan itibaren yönünü batıya dönen Büyük Selçuklu Devleti, doğuda sadece güven ve asayişin sağlanmasına önem vermiştir. Bunu temin etmek için de Karahanlılar, Gazneliler, Gurlular, Karahitaylar, Harezmşahlar ve Oğuzlar ile mücadele etmişlerdir. Bu da devletin doğu politikasının temelini oluşturmuştur. Bu politikanın devamı olarak yükselme döneminde vasal devletlerle çevrilerek sınırlar korunmuştur. Fetret devrinde ise kuruluş döneminde Çağrı Bey'in üstlendiği görevi Melik Sancar üstlenmiştir. Bu dönemde Karahanlılar ve Gazneliler kesin olarak tabiiyet altına alınmıştır. Doğuda bir takım tehlikelerin belirmesi üzerine Sancar, sultanlığı döneminde devletin ağırlık merkezini doğuya kaydırarak, vasal devletleri daha sıkı kontrol altında tutmuştur. Alınan bütün bu tedbirlere rağmen, Büyük Selçuklu Devleti doğudan gelen Karahitay ve Oğuzların saldırıları sonucunda yıkılmıştır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The foundations of east policy of the Great Seljuck Empire which was the third largest Turkish-İslamic state established in central Asia was laid during establishment period. At the Merv Congress gathered after the Victory of Dandanakan the state was shared among the members of the dynasty within the feodal rules. With this sharing East regions were given to Cagri Bey. On the one hand Cagri Bey protected eastern fields, on the other hand he enlarged the frontiers with conquests. The activities of Cagri Bey during this period contitutes the rules of eastern policy of the Great Seljuk Empire. Great Seljuk Empire which turned is attention to the West, paid attention only to confidence and peace in the East. In order to obtain this it strugged with Karahanli state, Ghaznevids, Gurlu state, Karahitays, Harzemsah state and Oghuzs. This constitutes the east policy of the state. As a continiation of this policy, during the rise of the state thefrontiers were protected by the conversion of vassal states. During the unproductive period Melik Sancar undertook the duty of Cagri Bey. During this period Karahanli state and Ghaznevids were nationalized. After the appearance of some threats in the East Melik Sancar changed the central governing to the East and controlled the vassals sitrictly. Despite all these prcautions the Great Seljuk Empire was demolished by the Karahitay and Oghuzs attacks coming from the East. | en_US |
