Özet
Bu Çalışma Konya Ahmet Rasih İzzet Koyunoğlu Müzesi’nde yer alan madeni yemek
sunum kaplarını konu edinmektedir. Çalışmamız “Giriş”, “Anadolu Mutfağında Kullanılan
Madeni Kaplara Tarihsel Bakış”, “Katalog”, “Değerlendirme”, Karşılaştırma”, “Sonuç”
olmak üzere altı ana başlıktan oluşmaktadır.
Araştırma yapılan müze çok fazla eseri bünyesinde barındırmaktadır. Koyunoğlu
tarafından oluşturulan koleksiyonda kendi satın alıp eklediği eserler ve hediye edilen eserler
yer almaktadır. Hayatını eski eserleri toplamaya adayan Ahmet Bey, Büyükşehir
Belediyesi’nin desteği ile bir müze kurmuş ve bunu Konyalılara hediye etmiştir. Kendisine
atfedilen “müzeci ve kütüphaneci” kimlikleri muhtemelen buradan gelmektedir. Koyunoğlu
emekliye ayrıldıktan sonra 1913 yılından itibaren derlediği tarihi, etnografik değere sahip,
folklorik eşya ve malzemeleri bunların yanı sıra birçok matbu ve yazma kitapları evinde
sergilemeye başlamıştır.Araştırmamıza konu olan madeni mutfak eşyaları “Konya İzzet Koyunoğlu Şehir
Müzesi madeni yemek sunum kapları” adı altında ele alınmıştır. Müzedeki tüm madeni kaplar
ele alınmıştır. Toplamda 50 adet eserimiz bulunmaktadır.
Yaptığımız araştırmalar doğrultusunda müzede yer alan madeni eserlerin
tarihlendirilmesi hususunda zorluk yaşanmıştır. Bu zorluğun nedeni Koyunoğlu’nun ülkenin
dört bir yanına görevi icabı gidip eser toplayıp getirmesidir. Yapılan tarihlendirmeler ise eser
üzerindeki kitabe esas alınmış ve başka yörelerde yer alan benzer eserlerle karşılaştırma
yapılarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Eserlerin üzerinde yer alan süsleme, yazı çeşidi ve formlarına
bakılarak değerlendirmeler yapılmıştır.
Çalışmayı önemli kılan en birincil unsur daha önce bu konunun çalışılmamış
olmasıdır. Çalışmamıza tarih, form, süsleme ve birçok açıdan benzerlik gösteren çalışmalar
bulunmaktadır. Yapılan çalışmaların hepsi sistematik bir şekilde konu ile ilgili kaynaklar
bölümünde verilmiştir.
Çalışmamızda eserler katalog halinde detaylandırılarak ele alınmıştır. Ölçüleri alınıp
çizimleri dijital ortam da ölçekli bir şekilde yapılmıştır. Malzemesi teknikleri süsleme çeşitleri
kaynak gösterilerek ve karşılaştırma yapılarak bir şema meydana getirilmiştir.
Metalin yemek sunum kaplarında belirli formlarda kullanıldığı ve benzer süslemelerle
bezendiği tespit edilmiştir. Bu benzerliklerden ötürü gruplandırma şansı elde edilmiştir.
Başlıca kap çeşitleri lenger, kâse, tas, tabaktır. Hemen hemen her türden ve teknikten eser
mevcuttur. Zengin süslemeler sanatsal anlamda dönemini en iyi şekilde ifade edip
yansıtmaktadır. Bu veriler sistematik bir çerçeve içerisinde detaylıca incelenip akademik bir
dille yazıya dökülmüştür.
This study focuses on the metal food presentation containers in the Konya A.Rasih İzzet Koyunoğlu Museum. Our study consists of six main titles: "Introduction", "Historical Overview of Metalware Utensils Used in Anatolian Cuisine", "Catalog", "Evaluation", Comparison "," Conclusion ". The museum contains a lot of works. Both the gifts collected by Ahmet Koyunoğlu and the gifts sent make the museum rich in terms of artifacts. Most of the metal works in the museum belong to Ahmet Rasih İzzet Bey. Ahmet Bey, who devoted his life to collecting ancient artifacts, established a museum with the support of the Metropolitan Municipality and gave it to the people of Konya. The "museum and librarian" identities attributed to him probably come from here. After his retirement, Koyunoğlu started to exhibit historical, ethnographic, folkloric items and materials, as well as many printed and manuscript books, which he collected since 1913. Our research has been handled under the name of "Konya İzzet Koyunoğlu City Museum metal food presentation containers" in the museum. All the metal pots in the museum were handled without distinction. We have 50 works in total.In line with our research, there were difficulties in dating the metal works in the museum. The reason for this difficulty is that Koyunoğlu goes all over the country to collect and bring artifacts as part of his duty. The datings made were based on the inscription on the work and were compared with similar artifacts in other regions. Evaluations were made by looking at the ornaments, writing types and forms on the works.The primary factor that makes the study important is that it has not been studied before. There are many studies that are similar to our work in both history, form, decoration and in many respects. All of these studies are systematically given in the related resources section. Like the works we have examined, a corner in museums is the best behavior to be done in many disciplines, especially art history, to unearth and examine the works abandoned to their destiny. Because these works give us news from the depths of history and contain many social, economic and cultural features of the periods they came from. Such a topic has been chosen since it is the healthiest and most correct behavior to be written and acquired in the literature. In our study, the works are handled in detail in catalogs. The measurements were taken and the drawings were made in a digital environment in a scaled way. A diagram was created by referring to the materials, techniques, decoration types and making comparisons. It has been found that metal is used in certain forms in food serving bowls and decorated with similar ornaments. Due to these similarities, the chance of grouping has been obtained. The main types of utensils are lenger, bowl, bowl, plate and so on. in the form. There are works of almost all types and techniques. Rich ornaments express and reflect the period in the artistic sense in the best way. These data were examined in a systematic framework, tried to be given in detail, and written in an academic language.
