| dc.description.abstract | Son yıllarda tıbbi teknolojilerin hızla ilerlemesi ile birlikte, dünyada ve ülkemizde sağlık sektöründe önemli değişiklikler yaşanmaya başlanmıştır. Bu durum steril alanların planlamasında da değişikliklere sebep olmaktadır. Hastanelerdeki tüm mekanların steril olması gerekli değildir. Önemli olan tüm yapının hijyenik kurallara uygun olması ve bazı bölümlerinin sürekli steril kalmasıdır. Ameliyathaneler, yoğun bakım ve merkezi sterilizasyon üniteleri steril olarak planlama gerektiren alanlardır. Bu alanların doğru olarak düzenlenmesi yaşam ve bakım kalitesini arttırmak açısından büyük önem arz etmektedir. Çalışmanın amacı steril alan oluşturulmasına kılavuz niteliğinde, dünyada geçerli olan standartların karşılanmasına zemin hazırlayan, sağlıklı işleyen ünitelerle hasta iyileşmesine doğrudan katkıda bulunan mekanların oluşturulmasına yönelik faktörleri belirlemektir. Bu amaca yönelik olarak 5 bölüm oluşturulmuştur. Bu bölümler ve kapsamları şöyledir: 1.Bölüm: Konuya genel bir giriş yapılarak, çalışmanın amacı, kapsamı ve yöntemi ortaya konulmuştur. 2.Bölüm: Hastanelerin tanımı ve sınıflandırması yapılarak temiz oda kavramı ve standartlar belirtilmiştir. 3.Bölüm: Araştırma konusu olan steril alan planlama sürecine değinilmiş ve ameliyathane, yoğun bakım, merkezi sterilizasyon üniteleri kapsamında tasarım kriterleri verilmiştir. 4.Bölüm: Steril alanların planlama ve uygulama sürecinde yapı bileşenleri, detay çözümleri ve tesisat sistemleri hakkında literatür ve alan çalışmasında yapılan gözlem - görüşmelere dayalı bilgiler aktarılmıştır. 5.Bölüm: Steril alan yapılanmasına yönelik değerlendirmeler ortaya konulmuştur. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | In recent years, together with the rapid development of medical technologies, significant changes have begun to take place in the health sector around the world and in our country. This situation causes certain changes also in the planning of sterile areas. It is not required for all the spaces in hospitals to be sterile environments. What is important is that the entire building complies with rules of hygiene and certain parts of the building remain permanently sterile. Operating rooms, intensive care and central sterilization units are places which require to be planned as sterile areas. Arranging these areas correctly is of great importance with regard to increasing the quality of life and care. The aim of the present study is, as a guide to the arrangement of sterile areas, to determine the factors that affect the formation of spaces which provide a basis for meeting the standards acceptable around the world and which directly contribute to the recovery of patients in sound operating units. Regarding this aim, the study is composed of 5 chapters. These chapters and their contents are as follows: Chapter 1: Starting with a general introduction to the topic, the aim, scope and method of the study are presented. Chapter 2: The description and classification of hospitals are performed and the concept of clean room and standards are specified. Chapter 3: Sterile area planning process, which is the topic of the research, is mentioned and the design criteria are presented within the scope of operating room, intensive care and central sterilization units. Chapter 4: Information on building components, detail solutions and installation systems based on the literature and the observations- interviews conducted in the field study in the process of planning and implementing sterile areas is presented. Chapter 5: Evaluations regarding the structuring of sterile areas are put forth. | en_US |
