Özet
Bu araştırmada küçük ve orta ölçekli işlemelerde kurumsallaşmanın sadelik, esneklik, özerklik, formalleşme, profesyonelleşme, saydamlık ve tutarlılık boyutlarının örgütsel performansın finansal ve finansal olmayan boyutlarına etkisi incelenmiştir. Araştırmada kurumsallaşmanın her bir boyutu örgütsel performans boyutları ile ilişkilendirilerek hipotezler oluşturulmuştur. Hipotezleri test etmek için Konya ili ticaret odasına kayıtlı tesadüfü örneklem ile seçilen 1000 adet küçük ve orta ölçekli işletmeye anket formları elden teslim edilerek çalışanlara anket uygulaması yapılmıştır. Anket formlarından 326 adet anket geri dönmüştür. Anketlerde yapılan incelemede 304 adet anket geçerli kabul edilerek SPSS analiz işlemine tabi tutulmuştur. Veri analizi; Tanımlayıcı İstatistik, Açıklayıcı Faktör Analizi, Normallik Analizi ve Ki-Kare Analiz testi uygulanarak yapılmıştır. Kurumsallaşmanın sadelik, özerklik, geliştirme, saydamlık ve tutarlılık boyutlarının örgütsel performansın finansal ve finansal olmayan boyutuna istatistiki açıdan anlamlı bir etkisinin olduğu, esneklik boyutunun örgütsel performansın finansal olmayan boyutuna; formalleşme boyutunun örgütsel performansın finansal boyutuna ve profesyonelleşme boyutunun örgütsel performansın finansal olmayan boyutuna istatistiki açından anlamlı bir etkisinin olduğu belirlenmiştir. Diğer taraftan veri analizlerine göre kurumsallaşmanın esneklik boyutunun örgütsel performansın finansal boyutuna; formalleşme boyutunun örgütsel performansın finansal olmayan boyutuna; profesyonelleşme boyutunun örgütsel performansın finansal boyutuna istatistiki açıdan anlamlı bir etkisinin olmadığı belirlenmiştir.
In this research, the effects of simplicity, flexibility, autonomy, formalization, professionalization, transparency, and consistency dimensions of institutionalization on the financial and nonfinancial dimensions of organizational performance in small and medium-sized enterprises were investigated. In the research, some hypotheses were developed by establishing a relationship between every institutionalization dimension and the dimensions of organizational performance. In order to test the hypotheses 1000 small and medium-sized enterprises registered with Konya Chamber of Commerce were selected using random sampling and questionnaire forms were distributed to the employees. Of the questionnaires given out, 326 were returned. After screening the questionnaires, 304 of them were found to be valid and were then analyzed using SPSS. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics, exploratory factor analysis, normality test, and Chi-Square test. It was determined that the simplicity, autonomy, advancement, transparency, and consistency dimensions of institutionalization have a statistically significant effect on the financial and nonfinancial dimensions. It was also found out that statistically significant effect exists between the flexibility dimension and the nonfinancial dimension of organizational performance, formalization dimension and the financial dimension of organizational performance, professionalization and the nonfinancial dimension of organizational performance. On the other hand, according to the data analysis, the flexibility, formalization, and professionalization dimensions of institutionalization have statistically significant effect on the financial, nonfinancial, and financial dimensions of organizational performance, respectively.
