Özet
İnşaat sektörü, insanlığın yerleşik hayata geçmesinden bu yana varlığını sürdüren bir alandır. Bu alan, Türkiye'nin ekonomisinin önemli yapı taşlarından birini oluşturmaktadır. İnsanoğlunun yerleşik hayata geçmesinin ardından insan eli ile yapılan yapılarda oturmaya başlaması, bu yapıların oluşturulmasında kullanılan malzemelerin gelişimi ile beraber yaygın hale gelmeye başlamıştır. İnsanların toplu yaşama istekleri ve inşaat yapabilecekleri alanların kısıtlı olmasından dolayı yüksek kat ihtiyacı ortaya çıkmıştır. İnşaat sektöründeki teknolojik gelişmeler insanlarda yüksek katlı binalarda oturma, çalışma gibi fırsatları ortaya çıkarmıştır. Bu çalışmada öncelikle, betonarme yapılar hakkında bilgiler verilmiştir. Betonarme yapılar hakkında bilgi verilerken, betonarme imalatı, kalıp imalatları, demir imalatları, betonarme imalatlarının tamamlanması başlıklarına yer verilmiştir. Bu başlıklarda ele alınan kalemlerin farklı şartlar altında maliyete doğrudan ve dolaylı olarak etkileri incelenmiştir. Ardından çalışmada Türkiye Bina Deprem Yönetmeliği (2018) ele alınarak detaylı bir şekilde incelenmiştir. Daha sonrasında bina yapımında maliyetin hesaplanması ve maliyet tahmini başlıklarına yer verilmiştir. Çalışmanın uygulama bölümünde Taguchi yöntemi kullanılmıştır.
The construction industry is an area that has existed since humanity settled down. This area constitutes one of the important building blocks of Turkey's economy. After the settled life of human beings, it started to become common with the development of the materials used in the creation of these structures. On the other hand, the construction industry and technological developments have made people want to live and work in high-rise buildings. In this study, firstly, information about reinforced concrete structures is given. While giving information about reinforced concrete structures, the titles of reinforced concrete manufacturing, mold manufacturing, iron manufacturing, and completion of reinforced concrete manufacturing are included. Then, in the study, Turkey Building Earthquake Code (2018) was examined in detail. Afterwards, the titles of cost calculation and cost estimation in building construction are included. Taguchi method was used in the application part of the study.
