dc.description.abstractBu çalışma fındık, fıstık, ceviz, badem ve polen gibi farklı besinlerle beslenen Plodia interpunctella larvalarının ve pupalarının total lipit, total ya asidi ve ya asidi bile iminin incelenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. P. interpunctella türü içinde fındık, fıstık, ceviz, badem ve polen bulunan kavanozlarda 25-30 gün, 30±5 ºC'de ve %65±5 bağıl nemde kapağı açık etüv içerisinde gelişmeye bırakılmıştır. Besinler ile bu besinlerden alınan larva ve pupların total lipit, total ya asidi ve total lipide göre total ya asidi oranları belirlenmiş , ya asidi bile imleri GC kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Besinler ve bu besinlerden alınan her iki evreye ait ya asidi bile iminde en büyük yüzdelerin oleik asit, linoleik asit ve palmitik aside ait olduğu, diğer ya asidi yüzdelerinde ise fark bulunduğu tespit edilmiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn this study, it was aimed that larvae and pupae of Plodia interpunctella feed on dried product such as hazelnut, peanut, walnut, almond and bee pollen were determined total lipid, total fatty acid and fatty acid composition. These are reproduced on 25-30 days, in 30±5 ºC and 65±5% relative humidity in mason jar is put within hazelnut, peanut, walnut, almond and bee pollen. Total fatty acid, total lipid and according to total lipid total fatty acid of the diets and P. interpunctella larvae and pupae growing in the diets were determined. Fatty acid composition were analyzed by GC and ratio of oleic acid, linoleic acid and palmitic acid of diets and both stage were found very high and differences were found between stages for the other fatty acids.en_US
