Özet
Konya Hayvancılık Merkez Araştırma Enstitüsü ve Bala Tarım işletmesinde bulunan 115 adet sağlıklı koyundan alınan kan serumu toplandı. Bu serumlarda üst solunum yolu enfeksiyonları viruslarından parainfluenza-3 virus (PIV-3), infectious bovine rhinotracheitis virus (IBRV), bovine viral diarrhea-mucosal disease virus (BVD/MDV), bovine adenovirus tip 1,2,3 (BAV-1,2,3), ovine adenovirus tip 1,3 (OAV-1,3), mavi dil virus (BTV) ve bovine respiratory syncytial virus (BRSV) 'larına karşı nötralizan antikorların varlığı mikronötralizasyon testi (MNT) ile araştırıldı. İncelenen sürüde PIV-3 için 19/115 (%16,52), IBRV için 11/115 (%9,56), BVD/MDV için 7/115 (%6,08), BAV-1 için 27/115 (%23,47), BAV-2 için 31/115 (%26,95), BAV-3 için 20/115 (%17,39), OAV-1 için 34/115 (%29,56), OAV-3 için 38/115 (%33,04), BTV için 29/115 (%25,21) ve BRSV için 21/115 (%18,26) oranında seropozitif koyun tespit edildi.
Blood sera were collected from 115 healthy sheep located in the Konya Central Animal Research Institute and Bala Agricultural Government Farm. These sera were tested for the estimation of the presence of the neutralising antibodies against parainfluenza virus-3 (PIV-3), infectious bovine rhinotracheitis virus (IBRV), bovine viral diarhea-mucosal disease virus (BVD-MDV), bovine adenovirus types 1,2,3 (BAV-1,2,3), ovine adenovirus types 1,3 (OAV-1,3), blue tongue virus (BTV) and bovine respiratory syncytial virus (BRSV) which are known as the most popular causative agents of upper respiratory viral diseases by micro neutralisation technique (MNT).The ratio of the seropositive sheep in the flock were as follows:19/115 (16,52%) for PIV-3, 11/115 (9.56%) for IBRV, 7/115 (6.08%) for BVD-MDV, 27/115 (23.47%) for BAV-1, 31/115 (26,95%) for BAV-2, 20/115(17.39%) for BAV-3, 34/115 (29,56%) for OAV-1, 38/115 (33,04%) for OAV-3, 29/115 (25,21%) for BTV and 21/115 (18,26%) for BRSV.
