Özet
Bu çalışmada koyunun n. splanchicus major ve minor'unun oluşumu ve seyri incelendi. Araştırmada farklı yaş ve cinsiyette altı adet Akkaraman koyunu kullanıldı. Koyunda nervus splanchicus major truncus symphaticus'un T13sempatik ganglion'undan çıkan liflerden, nervus splanchicus minor'un da truncus symphaticus'un L1. sempatik ganglion'undan çıkan liflerden oluştuğu belirlendi. Bir piyeste n. splanchicus major'un her iki tarafta da L1. sempatik ganglion'dan, n. splanchicus minor'un L2. sempatik ganglion'dan çıkan liflerden oluştuğu gözlendi. Bir başka piyeste ise n. splanchicus major'un her iki tarafta T11-13. sempatik ganglion'lardan çıkan liflerden oluştuğu gözlendi.
In this study, the formation and courses of nervus splanchnicus major et minor were observed in sheep. Six sheep in different age and sex were used. Nervus splanchnicus major and minor were determined to arise from the fibres of the thirteenth thoracic and first lumbar sympathetic ganglion of the sympathetic ganglion respectively. In a case it was the observed that n. splanchnicus major arised from the first and n. splanchnicus minor from the second lumbar sympathetic ganglion in both sides. In another one n. splanchnicus major was observed to consisted of the fibres from T11-13. thoracic sympathetic ganglion in both sides.
