İnsan Kaynakları Yönetiminin Örgütsel Performans ve Örgütsel İklim Üzerindeki Etkisi: Konya Sanayisinde Bir Araştırma

Özet
Bu çalışmada insan kaynakları yönetiminin, örgütsel performans ve örgütsel
iklim üzerindeki etkisini belirlemek amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmanın evrenini Konya
Organize Sanayi Bölgesinde yer alan ve İK departmanı olan firma çalışanları
oluşturmaktadır. Örneklem Konya 2. Organize Sanayi Bölgesi’ndeki firmalarda
çalışan ve kolayda örneklem yöntemi ile rastlantısal olarak belirlenen 450 kişiden
oluşmaktadır. Dağıtılan 450 anket formundan analize uygun olan 328 tanesi eksiksiz
biçimde doldurulduğu için analize dahil edilmiştir. Elde edilen veriler SPSS 23 ve
AMOS programları aracılığı ile analiz edilmiştir. Çalışmada hipotezleri test etmek
için YEM analizi ve ANOVA testi kullanılmıştır. YEM analizi sonuçlarına göre
bakıldığında insan kaynakları yönetiminin, örgütsel performans üzerinde anlamlı
pozitif yönde bir etkisi olduğu (ß=,86; p<,05) yine insan kaynakları yönetiminin,
örgütsel iklim üzerinde anlamlı pozitif yönde bir etkisi olduğu (ß= ,82; p<,05) tespit
edilmiştir. Ayrıca demografik değişkenler ile örgütsel performans ve örgütsel iklimin
arasındaki ilişki düzeyleri de test edilmiştir. Bunun sonucunda örgütsel performansa
ve örgütsel iklime dönük algı düzeylerinin katılımcıların kurumdaki çalışma yılları
(kıdem) ve toplam çalışma yıllarına göre anlamlı bir farklılık gösterdiği görülmüştür.
In this study, it is aimed to determine the effect of human resource management on organizational performance and organizational climate. The target population of the study consists of the employees of companies, which are located in the Konya Organized Industrial Zone, and which have an HR department. The sample consists of 450 people working in companies in Konya 2nd Organized Industrial Zone and determined randomly by convenience sampling method. Out of 450 questionnaires that were distributed, 328 suitable for the analysis were included in the analysis because they were filled in completely. The obtained data were analyzed with SPSS 23 and AMOS programs. SEM analysis and ANOVA test were used to test the hypotheses in the study. According to the results of SEM analysis, it was observed that human resources management had a significant positive effect on organizational performance (ß=.86; p<.05), and human resources management had a significant positive effect on organizational climate (ß= .82; p <.05). In addition, the relationship levels between demographic variables, organizational performance and organizational climate were also tested. As a result of this, it was found out that the perception levels of organizational performance and organizational climate showed a significant difference according to the working years of the participants at their institution (seniority) and their total working years.
