| dc.description.abstract | Toplumların sosyal ve kültürel açıdan yaşadığı değişim en çok kentleri etkilemektedir. Bu süreçte, günümüz kentlerinde yaşanan hızlı değişimlere bağlı olarak fiziksel ve sosyal yapının yeniden şekillenmesi ile kentsel mekânın oluşumunda önemli bir yeri olan yarı kamusal mekânlar, özellikle son yıllarda toplumsal yapıda ortaya çıkan dönüşüme ve beklentilerin farklılaşmasına bağlı olarak köklü bir değişim geçirmiştir. Bu sürecin en belirgin özelliği ise tarihsel süreçte Türk kentlerinde sokak üzerine temellenen mekân arayışının, son yıllarda toplu konut ve site tarzı yaşama kaymasıdır. Bu anlamda, mekân kurgusunu biçimlendiren ve yerleşme kültürümüze önemli ölçüde yön veren kavramlardan biri olan ?yarı kamusal mekânın? , fiziksel ve sosyal açıdan yaşadığı değişim sürecinin kullanıcılar üzerindeki etkilerinin irdelenmesi önem taşımaktadır. Bu çerçevede, çalışma kapsamında, mekânsal gelişimin en küçük birimini oluşturan, sosyal ve fiziksel anlamda kullanıcı-mekân etkileşimini sağlayan yarı kamusal hayatın temel unsuru `sokak' kavramı ile `değişen mekân anlayışı' olarak ifade edilen toplumsal beklentilere cevap verme adına yaygın hale gelmiş bir mekân üretme biçimi olan site tarzı yaşamda yarı kamusal mekânın karşılığını bulduğu `ortak kullanım alanlarının' irdelenmesi, farklı iki mekân kurgusunun içerdiği farklılıkların ve kullanıcılar üzerinde yarattığı sosyal ve fiziksel etkilerin (olumlu ve olumsuz yönleri ile) ortaya konması ve yaşanan bu sürecin Konya kentinde yapılan saha araştırmaları ışığında somutlaştırılması amaçlanmaktadır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Social and cultural change in societies mostly affects cities. In this process according to the rapid changes in today?s cities; public spaces that has an important place in formation of urban space with physical and social structure, especially in recent years passed fundamental transformation according to transformation on social structure and different of the expectations. But the most prominent feature; in the historical process in the Turkish city streets the space quest that is based on streets is the shift to life style of public housing and site.
