| dc.description.abstract | "Antik Çağ'da Boya ve Boyama "boyanın insanoğlu tarafından çağlar boyunca günlük hayatta, mekân süslemelerinde ve ritüel amaçlı törenlerdeki kullanımı üzerine yazılmış bir tezdir. Çok renklilik, renklendirme, boya çeşitleri, boyama teknikleri, dağılım bölgeleri hakkında kronolojik bir sırayla bilgiler verilmiştir. Bu çalışmada Paleolitik çağlardan Neolitik dönemlere, mağara boyamacılığı ile başlayıp Bronz çağı Avrupası medeniyetlerinin saray duvarlarındaki fresk süslemeciliğine kadar değinilmiştir. Ayrıca Roma dönemi villalarının duvarlarındaki freskler ve mekânsal süslemelerdeki boyamalar da ele alınmıştır. Mermerden ve bronzdan oluşturulmuş heykellerin renklendirilmesinden başlayarak Koroplastik eserler ve terakota figürinlerin renklendirilmesi ile devam eden boyama unsurlarının tanımlandırılması yapılmıştır. Ardından, kumaş boyama ve renklendirilmelerinde ne tür boyaların kullanıldığı ve ne tarzda tekniklere hangi dönem aralıklarında rastlandığı konusunda detaylı bilgi verilmiştir. Sonuç olarak bu çalışmada, insanoğlunun Antik Çağ'daki çok renkli, sanatsal ve el becerisi yüksek kültür seviyesinden, çağlar boyunca devam edip basitleşerek tekdüze olan bu serüveninde boyayı nasıl elde ettiği, ne amaçla ve hangi tekniklerle kullandığı incelenmiştir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | "Pigment and Painting in Antique Age" is a thesis focused on paint usage in daily life, domestic decoration and ritual ceremonies throughout the ages by human beings. Information is provided in chronological order about multicolouration, colouring, dyeing, painting techniques, distribution areas. From the Paleolithic Ages to the Neolithic Periods, cave painting and civilizations of the Bronze Age Europe frescoes ornamentaions on the walls of palaces have been referred in this study. The frescoes on the walls of the villas of the Roman period and paintings of the domestic decorations have been also handled. The painting elements proceeding with the coloring of Koroplastic artifacts and terracotta figurines have been completed by starting from the coloring of marble and bronze sculptures. Then, a detailed information has been given about what kinds of dyes were used in fabric dyeing and coloring, and in what period of time the techniques were encountered. As a result, in this study it has been examined how human beings made paint and for what purpose and which techniques they used through this adventure, which became simple and monotonous for ages starting from very colorful, artistic and high level of handcrafting culture of the Ancient Age. | en_US |
