Özet
Günümüzde sirketler büyük degisimlerin oldugu bir zamanda, Bilgi Çagında is yapmadırlar. Bu çagda, yöneticiler bilgi yıgınlarını asimile etmeli, verileri bilgiye dönüstürmeli ve bu bilgiden sonuca varmalı, örgütsel amaçları basarmayı saglayacak kararlar vermelidir. Bir isletme için bilgi, para, makine ve isgücü kadar önemli hale gelmistir. Yönetim bilgi sistemi bir örgütü etkili olarak yönetebilmek için gerekli olan bilgiyi saglayan bir sistem ya da süreçtir. Yönetim bilgi sistemleri genellikle ihtiyatlı ve makul yönetsel kararların önemli bir unsuru olarak görülür. Bu arastırmanın temel amacı, karar verme süreçleri ile yönetim bilgi sistemleri arasındaki iliskiyi kuramsal veriler ve isletme uygulamaları ısıgında analiz etmek ve yapılan ampirik arastırma sonucu elde edilen bilgileri, bankacılık sektöründe faaliyet gösteren firmaların dikkatine sunmaktır. Yapılan anket çalısmasından elde edilen veriler ve yapılan yorumlar sonucu yönetim bilgi sistemlerinin karar verme sürecinin etkinligini artırdıgı sonucuna varılmıstır.
At the present days, companies are working in a time of great change ,an Information Age. In this age, managers have to assimilate masses of data, convert that data into information, form conclusions about that information and make decisions leading to the achievement of business objectives. For an organisation, information is as important resource as money, machinery and manpower. A management information system (MIS) is a system or process that provides the information necessary to manage an organization effectively. MIS are generally considered essential components of prudent and reasonable business decisions. The main purpuse of this study is to analyse the connection between tke making desicon process and management information systems in light of theoretical data and business practices and to bring informations which is got from the result of empirical research to firms which rustle in banking sector. It is came to the conclusion that management information systems run up the efficiency of making desicion process by reason of data which income from applied survey work and explanations.
