| dc.description.abstract | Bu araştırmada; hazır giyimde kullanılan yardımcı malzemelerin tedarikinde ve üretim sürecinde karşılaşılan problemlerin neler olduğu incelenmiş, yardımcı malzemelerin tedarikinde ve üretim sürecinde sorunların yaşanmaması için öneriler geliştirilmiştir. Araştırmanın örneklemini; Adana, Mersin, Kahramanmaraş ve Gaziantep illerinde faaliyet gösteren, 50 kişiden fazla çalışanı olan, örme-dokuma kumaştan kadın-erkek dış giyim eşyası üreten 75 hazır giyim işletmesinde, tesadüfi yolla seçilen 46 hazır giyim işletmesi oluşturmaktadır. Bir tarama modeli araştırması niteliği taşıyan bu çalışmada araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen anket formu kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın birinci bölümünde; işletmelerde tedarik süreci, hazır giyimde üretim süreci, hazır giyimde kullanılan yardımcı malzemeler, hazır giyimde kullanılan yardımcı malzemelerin kalitesi, yardımcı malzemelerde kalite kontrolü, konu ile ilgili araştırmalar, problem cümlesi ve araştırmanın önemi bu bölümde aktarılmıştır. ikinci bölümde, araştırmanın yöntemi açıklanmıştır. Araştırmanın üçüncü bölümünde, hazır giyimde kullanılan yardımcı malzemelerin tedarikinde ve üretim sürecinde karşılaşılan problemleri değerlendirmek için, hazır giyim işletmelerindeki konu ile ilgili kişilere araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen anket formu uygulanmıştır. Araştırmada, firma elemanlarından elde edilen verilerin değerlendirilmesi frekans ve % aritmetik ortalama ile yapılmıştır. Araştırmada, hazır giyimde kullanılan yardımcı malzemelerin tedarikinde ve üretim sürecinde karşılaşılan problemler konusunun seçimindeki amaç, yardımcı malzemenin, hazır giyim üretimindeki bir ürünü tamamlayan en önemli unsur olmasıdır. Kullanılan yardımcı malzemelerin tedarikinde ve üretim sürecinde karşılaşılan aksaklıklar ürünün kalitesini etkileyeceği için, konu değerlendirilmeye çalışılmıştır. ıı Araştırmanın son bölümünde ise, araştırma sonucu elde edilen, hazır giyim işletmelerinin kullandıkları yardımcı malzemelerin temininde ve üretim sürecinde karşılaşılan problemler ile ilgili bulgular doğrultusunda bir sonuca varılmış ve hazır giyim işletmelerine bu konularla ilgili bazı öneriler sunulmuştur. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | At this researh; the revealing problems of providing and producting process of auxilary materials using in ready made clothing are examined and some proposals are developed for the problems of providing and producting process of auxilary materials. The sample of this research, 46 ready made clothing enterprises which are choosen by chance in 75 ready made clothing enterprises, working in Adana, Mersin, Kahramanmaraş and Gaziantep cities, have more than 50 workers, producting women-men outerwear of knit- woven fabric constitute. In this research, the questionnaire form which has been developed by the researcher is used. In the first part of research, providing process in enterprises, producting process at ready made clothing, auxilary materials using in ready made clothing, quality of auxilary materials using in ready made clothing, quality control of auxilary materials, research about the subject, sentence of the problem, the importance of the research are mentioned in this section. In the second part of research, method of the research is explained. In the third part of the research, the questionnaire form developed by the researcher is applied to the relevant person in ready made clothing enterprises to evaluate revealing problems of providing and producting process of auxilary materials using in ready made clothing. At the research, the aim of choosing this topic that revealing problems of providing and producting process of auxilary materials using in ready made clothing is that the most important thing completed product of ready made clothing is auxilary material. The subject is evaluated for the revealing problems of providing and producting process of using auxilary materials effect to the quality of product. In the final section of research, however a conclusion has been reached according to findings releated with providing and producting process of auxilary materials that are used by enterprises obtained as the result of research and some iv proposals in connection with these subjects have been served to ready made clothing enterprises. | en_US |
