Oksamidinlerin vic-dioksimli türevlerinin sentezi ve geçiş metalleri ile komplekslerinin incelenmesi

Özet
Bu çalışmada, literatürde bulunmayan altı adet yeni ligand ve bunlarin bazı geçiş metalleri ile kompleksleri sentezlendi. Bu ligandlar; 2,3-Di(4-metilfenilamin)-5,6- bis(hidroksiimino)pirazin (TPGHg), 2,3-Difenilamin-5,6-bis(hidroksiimino)pirazin (APGH2), bis(A2-2-imidazolinil)-5,5*-dioxime (B1GH2), bisC^-S-pirimidiniO-e.e'-dioxime (BPGH2), polimerik-bis[N,N'-bis(4-aminofenil)oksamidin]glioksim (PFGHg) ve polimerik-bis{N,N'- bis[4-(4'-aminobifenil)]oksamidin}glioksim (PBFGHg) dir. Çalışmanın birinci kademesinde, N,N'-bis(4-metilfenil)oksamidin ve N,N'- bis(fenil)oksamidin ile disiyan-di-N-oksit'in reaksiyonu sonucu TPGHg ve APGHg vj£- dioksim ligandları sentezlendi. TPGHg ve APGHg ligandlarmın Ni(ll), Co(Il) ve Cu(ll) iyonları ile metal-ligand oranı 1:2 olan mononûkleer kompleksleri izole edildi. Çalışmanın ikinci kademesinde, bis(â2-2-imidazolinil)'in disiyan- di- N- oksit ile reaksiyonu sonucu BIGHg ve bis(û2-2-pirimidinil)'m anli-diklorglyoksim ile reaksiyonlan sonucu BPGH2 yic-dioksim liganları sentezlendi. BİGHg ve BPGHg ligandları ile Ni(ll), Co(Il) nin alkol-su karışımı veya alkollü çözeltileri ve Cu(Il) nin alkol-su karışımı çözeltilerinden, metal -ligand oranı 1:2 olan mononükleer kompleksler elde edilmesine karşılık; Cu(Il)'nin susuz ortandaki çözeltisi ile, metal-ligand oranı 3:2 olan trinükleer kompleksler elde edildi. Mononükleer Ni(ll) ve Co(ll) komplekslerinin susuz ortanda Cu(Il) ile reaksiyonu sonucu, heterotrinükleer kompleksler elde edildi. Yine BİGHg ve BPGHg ile Zn(Il) ve Hg(Il)'nm alkol-su kanşımı veya alkolü çözeltileri ve Cd(II)'nin alko-su kanşımılı çözeltilerininden, metal ligand oranı 1:1 olan, mononükleer kompleksler elde edilmesine karşılık; Cd(II)'nin susuz ortamdaki çözeltisi ile, metal-ligand oranı 3:1 olan trinükleer kompleksler elde edildiği görüldü. N,N'-Bis(4-aminofenil)oksamidin ve N,N'-bİs-[4-(4'-aminobifenil)]oksamidin ile anii-diklorglyoksim'in reaksiyonu sonucu, PFGHg ve PBFGHg Iigandlan sentezlendi. PFGH2'nin ve PBFGH2'nin, Ni(Il), Co(Il) ve Cu(II) metalleri ile, metal-ligand oranı 1:2 olan polinükleer kompleksleri izole edildi. Sonuç olarak, literatürde kaydına rasrlanmayan altı yeni ligand ve otuziki kompleks izole edildi. Bunların yapılan, ty-NMR, İR spectroskopisi, elementel analiz ve mağnetik süsebtibilite teknikleri ile aydınlatıldı.
In this study, six novel yjc-dioxime compounds and their transition metal complexes which have not been reported in the literature previously are synthesized. These ligands are 2,3-Di(4-methylphenylamine)-5,6-bis(hidroximino)pyrazin (TPGHg), 2,3- diphenylamine-5,6-bis(hidroximino)pyrazin (APGH2), bis(A2-2-imidazolmyI)-5,5'-dioxime (B1GH2), bis(û2-2-pyrimidinyl)-6,6'-dioxime (BPGH2), polymeric-bis^N'-bis^'- ammophenyl)oxamidine]glyoxime (PFGHg) and polymeric-bis{N,N'-bis[4-(4,-ammobi- phenyl)]oxamidine}glyoxime (PBFGH2). TPGHg and APGHg have been prepared from N,N'-bis(4-methylphenyl)oxamidine and N,N'-bis(phenyl)oxamidine with dicyano-di-N-oxide. Mononuclear complexes with a metal-ligand ratio of 1:2 have been isolated TPGH2 and APGH2 with Ni(II), Co(ll) and Cu(II) metal ions. BIGH2 and BPGH2 ligands have been prepared from bis(A2-2-imidazolinyl) with dicyano-di-N-oxide and bis(A2-2-pyrimidinyl) with anii-dieloroglyoxime. Only mononuclear complexes with a metal-ligand ratio of 1:2 have been isolated with solution of Ni(II), Co(II) in alcohol-water or alcohol and solution of Cu(II) in alcohol-water; solution of Cu(II) in alcohol form only trinuclear complexes. The reaction of mononuclear complexes of Ni(II) or Co(II) with Cu(II) (in ethanol) gives heterotrinuclear complexes. Ill Solution of Zn(ll) and Hg(U) in alcohol-water or alcohol and solution of Cd(ll) in alcohol complexes of BIGHg and BPGHg have a metal-ligand ratio of 1:1. and contains a six- membered chalet ring. BIGHg and BPGfy with solution of Cd(ll) in alcohol complexes have a metal-ligand ratio of 3:1. PFGH2 and PBFGHg were synthesized by reacting anii-dichloroglyoxime with N.N'- bis(4-aminophenyl)oxamidine and N,N'-bis[4-(4'-aminobiphnyI)]oxamidine. Polynuclear complexes with a metal-ligand ratio of 1:2 have been isolated PFGH2 and PBFGH2 with Ni(II), Co(Il) and Cu(II) metal ions. In conclusion, six novel ligands and thirty-two complexes were isolated. Their structures were determined by JR-NMR and 1R spectroscopy, elemental analytical and Magnetic susceptibility techniques.
