Özet
Antibiyotiklerin ve diğer birçok ilacın faraıakokinetik çalışmaları genellikle plazma zaman-konsantrasyon eğrisi verilerine dayanmaktadır. Ancak birçok hastalık doku aralıklarında meydana gelmektedir. Bu nedenle asıl hedef bölge olan dokulararası sıvıdaki serbest antibiyotik konsantrasyonunun antibakteriyel etkiden sorumlu olduğu anlaşılmıştır. Bu derlemede doku ekstraselüler sıvısı örnekleme yöntemleri özetlenmiştir.
Pharmacokinetic studies of antibiotics and many other drugs most often rely on plasma time-concentration curves data. However, since most infections occur in tissue extracellular fluid, it has been realized that free antibiotic concentrations in-the interstitial fluid at the target site are responsible for the antibacterial effect. Sampling methods of tissues extracellular fluid were summarized, in this review.
