Özet
Münâvî'nin, Feyzu'l-Kadîr isimli eseri, Suyûtî'nin el-Câmi'us-Sagîr adlı eserinin serhleri arasında en fazla ragbet görenidir Bu eserde, Münâvî, öncelikle eserinde genel hatlarıyla dil problemlerine ve fıkhî ihtilaflara dalmadan hadisten kastedilen anlamı kısaca açıklamıs, varsa hadisin sebeb-i vürûdunu zikretmistir. Ayrıca hadisleri açıklarken zaman zaman siirlere, benzer anlamı tasıyan hadislere ve muhtevayı destekleyen hadislere ve ayetlere yer vermistir. Daha sonra hadislerin sıhhat durumunu belirtmek amacıyla tahrîc ve degerlendirmede bulunmustur. Ancak, hadislerin tahric ve degerlendirmesini yaparken bazen Suyûtî'nin hadis hakkında vermis oldugu hükme itirazda bulunmustur. lim dünyasının yakından tanıdıgı Suyûtî'nin el-Câmiu's-Sagîr'i ile onun serhini ve kritigini yapan Münâvî'nin Feyzu'l-Kadîr'ini tanıtmak, özellikle mevzû haberlerin tespiti konusunda yöneltilen tenkitlerin, verilen bilgi ve malzemelerin mahiyeti ortaya konularak onların bilimsel degerlerinin arastırılması tezin baslıca hedefidir. Münâvî,, Süyûtî'ye olan itirazlarını üç sekilde dile getirmistir: Birincisi, ? Musannıf bunu kitabına almakla hata etti', vehm etti?, ?Musannıf aldanmıstır.? gibi açıktan itirazda bulundugu hadislerdir. kinci olarak, senetteki râvîlerle ilgili cerh ve ta'dîl imamlarının söylemis oldukları cerh ifadelerini zikrederek dolaylı olarak itirazda bulundugu hadislerdir. Üçüncü olarak ise; bnü'l-Cevzî'nin `lâ yasihhu, lâ yesbütü' degerlendirmesinde bulundugu hadislere Münâvî'nin itirâzi bir beyânının olmamasıdır. Çalısmanın önemli kısmını olusturan itirazlar da iki sekilde incelenmistir. lk olarak, Suyûtî'nin hasen ve zayıf olarak degerlendirdigi rivâyetlerden Münâvî'nin itirazda bulundugu ve uydurma olduguna isarette bulundugu tahrici ve degerlendirilmesinde bulunulmustur. Daha sonra ise Süyûtî'nin sahîh, hasen ve zayıf dedigi hadislere Münâvî'nin itirazda bulundugu rivâyetler incelenmistir. Tahrîc ve degerlendirmede Suyûtî'nin hadisleri tahrîc ettigi kaynaklar zikredilmis, daha sonra da Münâvî'nin Suyûtî'ye itiraz ederken kendisini destekleyici nitelikte oldugunu kabul ettigi bilgiler, kaynaklardan kontrol edilmistir. Ayrıca bu bilgilerin kaynakları da gösterilmistir
Faidh al-Qadeer work of Munaawi is the most popular one among the comments of Suyuti?s work titled al-Jami` as-Sagheer. In his work, first of all Munawii briefly explained in general terms the meaning intended in hadith without dealing with linguistic problems and islamic law conflicts, and if any, he mentioned about the background of hadith. He also gave place to poems from time to time, to hadiths bearing the same meaning and to hadiths and verses supporting the content, when he explains hadiths. Then, he made an assessment in order to determine soundness of hadiths, but, he sometimes raised objections to the judgement given by Suyuti on hadiths when assessing the hadiths. The main purpose of thesis is to introduce Faidh al-Qadeer work of Munaawii who criticised al-Jami` as-Sagheer of Suyuti closely known by science world and also its comments, especially to research scientific values of them by exposing quality of critiques conducted about determination of said news, of information and material given. Munawii expressed his objections towards Suyuti into three forms: firstly the hadiths he openly objected such as ?Musannıf made a mistake by taking it into his book?, and supposed?, Musannıf was deceived.? Secondly, the hadith he indirectly objected by mentioning disproof terms that the disproof and amendment imams told about related people in deeds. Thirdly, Munawii hasn?t got any disclaimer declaration to the hadiths where Ibnu?l Javzi made the assessment of ?lâ yasihhu, lâ yesbutu?. The objections constituting the important part of the study have been examined into two forms. Firstly, it was found and assessed that Munawii objected and pointed out that they were fabricated from the rumours which Suyuti evaluated as reliable and weak. And then, the rumours of Munawii regarding the hadiths of Suyuti which he called as sound, reliable and weak have been examined. In the assessment of hadiths, it was mentioned about the sources where Suyuti found them and then information that Munawii accepted as self-supportive when raising an objection to Suyuti was controlled from sources. Sources of these information is also represented
