Özet
In this report four patients with angiokeratomas were presented. Elastic fibers in these cases were investigated by Verhoeff's elastic stain. Elastic fibers were not present around the lesions in one case, elastic fibers was sparse, thin and short in two cases, and another case showed normal fiber distribution.
