Özet
G. mellonella’ nın 5., 6., 7. evre larvaları ve puplarının gaz kromatografik analizinde total yağ asidi bileşimini C 12:0 - 20:0 yağ asitlerinin oluşturduğu belirlenmiştir. Oleik asit ve palmitik asit yüzdelerinin çok yüksek olduğu, linoleik asit yüzdesinin de üçüncü büyük yüzdeye sahip olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
In the gas chromatographic analysis of G. mellonella fifth, sixth, seventh instar larvae and pupae, total fatty acid composition of each stage constituted C 12:0-20:0 fatty acids were determined. It was found that oleic and palmitic acid ratios were very high, linoleic acid ratio was the third fatty acid that had high percentage of the composition of all stages.
