Türkiye'de Suriyeli Göçmenlere Yönelik Yapılan Eğitim Çalışmaları

Özet
Suriye´de 2011 yılında başlayan iç savaşın ardından 5 milyona yakın insan can güvenliği için komşu ülkelere sığınmak zorunda kalmıştır (Emin,2016:7). Uyguladığı “açık kapı politikası” ile her Suriyeliye geçici koruma statüsü veren Türkiye, 03.11.2016 tarihi itibariyle yaklaşık 2.764.500 Suriyeli göçmene geçici koruma statüsü vermiştir (goc.gov.tr). İnsan hakları belgelerindeki yükümlülüğünü yerine getirerek, kapılarını Suriye’deki savaştan kaçan mültecilere açan Türkiye, ülkesine sığınan Suriyeli mülteciler için çok odaklı entegrasyon politikaları uygulamaya koymuştur. Mültecilerin sayılarındaki her geçen gün aşırı artış ve bu mültecilerin yaklaşık 800 bini okul çağında olması eğitim yönündeki politikalara da hız vermiştir. Araştırmada Türkiye’nin Suriyeli mültecilere yönelik uyguladığı eğitim politikalara ve çalışmalarına değinilmiş ve irdelenmiştir.
After the civil war that started in Syria in 2011, close to 5 million people had to take shelter in neighboring countries for their life safety (Emin, 2016: 7). Turkey, which has applied the "open door policy" to each Syria with temporary protection status, gave about 2,764,500 Syrian migratory temporary protection status as of 03.11.2016 (goc.gov.tr). By fulfilling its obligation in the human rights instruments and opening its doors to the refugees escaping from the war in Syria, Turkey has put into practice very focused integration policies for the Syrian refugees who took refuge in their country. The number of refugees has increased day by day, and the politics of education has accelerated, as about 800 of these refugees are in school age. The research policies and studies that Turkey has applied to the Syrian refugees have been addressed and examined in this study.
