Özet
Bu çalışmada yabancı sermaye yatırımlarının Türk Bankacılık sektörü üzerindeki etkileri ve önemi ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır. Çalışma üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde Türk Bancılık Sektörünün yapısı, görevleri, tarihçesi ve sektörün temel sorunları ele alınıp incelenmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu bağlamda, Bankacılık sektörünün türleri itibari ile bankalar ayrıştırılmış ve sektörde yaşanan mali riskler ele alınmıştır. Ayrıca, Türk Bankacılık sistemi tarihsel süreç içinde ele alınıp incelenerek, Osmanlı Dönemi ve Cumhuriyet dönemi olarak ayrıştırılmıştır. İkinci bölümde ise yabancı sermaye yatırımlarının tanımı ve çeşitleri ele alınıp, yabancı sermayenin tarihi gelişimi ve Türkiye ekonomisine etkileri incelenmiştir. Üçüncü bölümünde ise yabancı bankaların sektöre giriş ve örgütlenme şekilleri ve avantaj-dezavantajları açıklanmıştır. Türkiye'de faaliyette bulunan yabancı sermayeli bankaların ortaklık yapıları, şube ve personel sayıları araştırılmıştır.Yabancı bankaların Türkiye ekonomisi üzerindeki etkileri incelenmiş ve ekonomi üzerindeki olumlu ve olumsuz sonuçları analiz edilmiştir.
At this study, the effects and the importance of the foreign capital investments on Turkish banking sector have been tried to explain. The study includes three parts. In first fart; structure, tasks, history and the fundamental problems of Turkish banking sector have been discussed and tried to ivestigate. At this point, kinds of the banks have been separated and financial risks which experienced in banking sector have been discussed. Also, Turkish banking system have been investigated in its historical process and separated two parts as ?ottoman period? and ?republic period?. In the second part, description and the kinds of foreign capital investments have been discussed, capital investments? historical improvements and effects to the Turkish economy have been iinvestigated. In the third, foreign banks? entrance to the banking sector and their organizational forms and as a result of its advantages-disadvantages have been explained. Structures, branches and staff numbers of foreign-owned banks operating in Turkey partnership have been investigated. Foreign banks? impacts on Turkish economy have been investigated and their positive and negative results have been analyzed.
