Özet
Bu çalışmada, AmoksisilinKlavulonik asit kombinasyonunun inek mastitisleri üzerindeki tedavi etkinliği araştırıldı. Toplam 54 baş sağmal ineğin 57'si subklinik ve 15'i klinik mastitisli meme lobu materyal olarak kullanıldı. Klinik muayene, kalifornia mastitis testi (CMT) ve mikrobiyolojik muayenelerle mastitisli meme lobları ve mikroorganizmalar belirlendi. Süt örneklerinin mikrobiyolojik muayenelerinde Koagulaz negatif Staphylococcus ssp. % 33.7, S.aureus % 26.5, Streptococcus ssp.
The therapeutic efficacy of AmoxycillineClavulonic acid was investigated in cows' mastitis. The mammary glands infected with 57 subclinical and 15 clinical mastitis of 54 dairy cows were used as materials. Clinical observations, California mastitis test (CMT) and microbiologic isolation and identification were made to detect the mastitis and microorganisms. Coagulase negative Staphylococcus ssp., S. aureus, Streptococcus ssp., E. coli and the other microorganisms were isolated and identified at the rates of 33.7 %, 26.5 %, 7.2 %, 7.2-% and 25.4 %, respectively. AmoxycillineClavulonic acidPrednisolone combination were infused in all infected quarters interval 12 hours for three times after milking period. In addition to the treatment above, Amoxycilline Clavulonic acid solution was injected intramuscularly to the cows infected with clinical mastitis. The cure rates were 78.9 % and 66.7 % in subclinical and clinical mastitis and also 82.4 % and 80.0 % in subclinical and clinical 5 aureus mastitis
