Özet
Türkiye'de mesleki ve teknik eğitimin, nicelik ve nitelik olarak, bugünkü durumundan daha ileri bir düzeye götürülmesi gerekmektedir. Sanayinin gereksinim duyduğu tekniker unvanına sahip nitelikli ara eleman Meslek yüksekokulları (MYO) tarafından yetiştirilmektedir. Alt yapı hizmetleri için gerekli olan haritaların üretimi ve projelendirilmesi Harita mühendisi, teknikerler ve teknisyenler tarafından gerçekleştirilmektedir. Ara eleman olarak çalışan Harita teknikerlerinin eğitimi, projelerin uygulanabilmesi açısından büyük önem arz etmektedir. Bu çalışmada, Türkiye’deki Harita ve Kadastro Teknikerliği eğitim ve öğretiminin mevcut durumu değerlendirilmiş, 2001 yılında yürürlüğe konulan sınavsız geçiş sisteminin okullar üzerindeki etkilerini istatistiksel bilgilerle tespit edilmiş, Harita ve Kadastro Teknikerliği eğitiminin kalitesini artırmak için bazı öneriler getirilmiştir.
It is necessary that the education of professional and technician go forward more advanced level than present situations as quantity and quality in Turkey. Quality, inter skilled people whose title of technician for industry is trained by vocational school. Producing maps and projects for infrastructure services are implemented by Geodesy and Photogrammetry Engineering’s and Technicians. The training of cartography technician who works as a inter skilled people is very important for applications of the projects. In this study in Turkey, education of Cartography and Cadastre for Technician has been evaluated present situations, transition system without any exam that is bringed into force in 2001 has been determined effects on schools by statistical information and some suggestions are also made in order to improve the quality of the education of Cartography and Cadastration for Technician training.
