| dc.description.abstract | Bu arastırmada ilkögretimde uygulanan yöneltme yönergesi uygulamaları degerlendirilmistir. Arastırmanın temel amacı yöneltme uygulamalarının rehber ögretmenlerin görüsleri dogrultusunda degerlendirilerek karsılasılan sorunları tespit etme ve çözüm önerileri gelistirmedir. Arastırmada nitel arastırma yaklasımı kullanılmıstır.Konunun daha detaylı ve derinligine incelenebilmesi için bu yaklasım ve yöntem seçilmistir. Veriler niteliksel arastırma yaklasımlarından birisi olan ?Yarı Yapılandırılmıs Görüsme Teknigi? kullanılarak elde edilmistir.'Yarı yapılandırılmıs Görüsme Formu' 3 bölümden olusmaktadır.Formun birinci bölümünde yöneltme etkinliklerinin amaçları açısından, ikinci bölümünde de yönerge süreci ve ilgililerin yapacagı isler ve üçüncü bölümünde formlar ve raporlar yönünden degerlendirilmesi ile toplam 22 madde bulunmaktadır. Çalısmaya 2006-2007 ögretim yılında Konya ilinin merkez bir ilçesinde ilkögretim okullarında görevli 16 bayan , 9 erkek toplam 25 rehber ögretmen katılmıstır. Yapılan istatistikler sonucunda arastırma bulguları dogrultusunda ilkögretimde sürdürülen yöneltme yönergesi uygulamalarında belirlenen amaçlara genel olarak ulasılamamakta yöneltme sürecinde ve formların doldurulmasında eksikler ve aksaklıklar oldugu sonucu ortaya çıkmıstır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | In this research, the applications of orientation directive which are applied in primary education have been evaluated. The aim of this study was to establish the problems faced by evaluation the orientation applications to the sights of the guiding teachers and to offer suggestions for solution. The approach of qualitative research has been used in the research. This approach and method have been chosen for examining the subject more detailed and deeply. The data have been obtained by using one of the qualitative research approaches;? Half Constructed Technique? `Half Constructed Interview Form is formed from 3 parts. In the form there are 22 items; invoving the goals of orientation activities in the first part, the directive process and works which will be done by those concerned in the second part evaluating in accordance with the forms and reports in the third part. 16 female and 9 male, in total 25 guiding teachers, who are assigned at the primary schools in one of the centre districts of Konya in the education year 2006-2007, have participated in the study. In the consequence of the statistics made, according to the diagnosis of the research, the result, that the determined goals in the applications of orientation directive which is carrying on in primary education can?t be reached in general; and there has been lackings and deficiencies in the filling of the forms and in the orientation process, has apeared. | en_US |
