Çalışmamızı yaparken genel sağlık sigortasının herkes tarafından kullanıldığı fakat çoğu kimsenin bu sigortadan ne kadar faydalanabileceğini veya faydalanabilmesi için gereken koşulları bilmediği gerçeğini de göz önünde bulundurduk. Kişilerin haklarını ve devletin kendilerine sağlayacağı imkanları da göz önünde tutarak genel sağlık sigortasından yararlanmanın nasıl olacağına yönelik olarak çalışmamızı tamamladık.en_US
