Tribenuron Methyl Herbisitine Dayanıklı Ayçiçeği Genotiplerinde Yabancı Ot Mücadele Yöntemlerinin Verim ve Kalite Üzerine Etkilerinin Belirlenmesi

Özet
Bu araştırma, Tribenuron Methyl (SU-Grubu) etken maddeli herbisite dayanıklı ayçiçeği
çeşitlerinde çapa, herbisit ve kontrol uygulamalarının tohum verimi, verim unsurları ve kalite özellikleri
üzerine etkilerini belirlemek amacıyla, Konya Altınekin’de 2019 yılı ayçiçeği vejetasyon periyodunda
(Mayıs – Ekim) yürütülmüştür. Araştırmada, 2 tescile aday (FD18E41 ve FD15E27) ve 2 standart
(SUZUKA ve P64LE119) olmak üzere 4 ayçiçeği genotipi kullanılmıştır.
Deneme sonucuna göre genotiplerin çapa, kontrol ve herbisit uygulamalarının, olgunlaşma gün
sayısı, bitki boyu, tabla çapı, tohum verimi, yağ verimi ve yağ oranına etkileri istatistiki olarak önemli
bulunmuştur. Araştırmada, olgunlaşma gün sayısı en yüksek FD18E41 genotipinin kontrol
uygulamasında 119.3 gün, en düşük P64LE119 genotipinin kontrol uygulamasında 110.8 gün olarak
gözlemlenmiştir. Bitki boyu en yüksek P64LE119 genotipinin çapa uygulamasında 163.5 cm, en düşük
FD18E41 genotipinin herbisit uygulamasında 106.8 cm olarak bulunmuştur. Tabla çapı en yüksek 23.3
cm ile Suzuka genotipinin herbisit uygulamasında, en düşük ise 10.5 cm ile FD18E41 genotipinin çapa
uygulamasında ölçülmüştür. Tohum verimi en yüksek (356.9 kg/da) SUZUKA genotipinin çapa
uygulamasında, en düşük (156.7 kg/da) P64LE119 genotipinin kontrol uygulamasında belirlenmiştir. Yağ
oranı bakımından, uygulamalar arasında en yüksek değer herbisit uygulamasında % 41.6 iken, en düşük
kontrol uygulamasında % 39.5 olarak tespit edilmiştir. Yağ oranı en yüksek % 42.8 ile FD15E27, en
düşük %39.3 ile SUZUKA genotipinde bulunmuştur. Yağ verimi açısından en yüksek değer 143.7 kg/da
ile SUZUKA genotipinin çapa uygulamasında, en düşük değer ise 63.1 kg/da ile P64LE119 genotipinin
kontrol uygulamasında belirlenmiştir.
This research was carried out in Konya Altınekin during the sunflower vegetation period (May – October) of 2019 in order to determine the effects of hoeing, herbicide and control applications on seed yield, yield components and quality characteristics of herbicide resistant sunflower varieties with Tribenuron Methyl (SU-Group) active ingredient. In the research, 4 sunflower genotypes, 2 of which are candidates for registration (FD18E41 and FD15E27) and 2 standard (SUZUKA and P64LE119), were used. According to the results of the experiment, the effects of hoeing, control and herbicide applications of genotypes on maturation days, plant height, head diameter, seed yield, oil yield and oil rate were found to be statistically significant. In the study, it was observed that the highest maturation days were 119.3 days in the control of the FD18E41 genotype, and 110.8 days in the control application of the lowest P64LE119 genotype. The plant height was found to be 163.5 cm in the hoeing application of the highest P64LE119 genotype, and 106.8 cm in the herbicide application of the lowest FD18E41 genotype. The diameter of the tray was measured at the highest with 23.3 cm in the herbicide application of the SUZUKA genotype, and at the lowest with 10.5 cm in the hoe application of the FD18E41 genotype. The highest seed yield (356.9 kg/da) was determined in the hoe application of the Suzuka genotype, and the lowest (156.7 kg/da) in the control application of the P64LE119 genotype.
