| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada varikosel in spermiyogram parametrelerinden sayı, hacim, motilite ve morfolojiye olan etkisi incelenmiştir. Çalışmamızda yaş aralığı 18 ile 65 yaş arasında olan varikosel teşhisi konmuş hastalara 3 günlük cinsel perhizle spermiyogram değerlendirilmesi yapıldı. Spermiyogram değerlendirilmesinde sayım için makler chamber kamarası kullanıldı, sayı ve motilite tayini yapıldı. Motilite değerlendirmesi A ve B (ileri doğru hareketli), C (yerinde hareketli) ve D (hareketsiz) esas alınarak yapıldı. Hacim 5 ml'lik enjektör ile ölçüldü. Morfoloji Strict Tygerberg Kriterleri'ne göre değerlendirildi. Boyama yöntemi olarak Papanicolaou protokolu uygulanarak hematoksilen ile boyandı. Ayrıca spermac boyama ile morfoloji değerlendirilmesi yeniden yapıldı. Varikosel olgusu olan bireyler mikrocerrahi varikosektomi geçirdikten sonra tekrar semen örnekleri alındı ve aynı işlemler yeniden yapılıp kayıt altına alındı. Varikoselektomi sonrası spermiyogram değerlendirmesi en az 3 ay en fazla 18 ay olarak alındı. Wilcoxon sıralı testi uygulanarak yapılan istatistiki değerlendirmede sayı için p değeri 0.001 ve motilite için değeri 0.017 olarak bulunmuştur. Sayı ve motilite değerlerindeki artış p değeri <0.05 olduğundan dolayı istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bulunmuştur. Hacim için p değeri 0.389 ve morfoloji p değeri 0.685 olarak bulunmuştur. Hacim ve morfoloji değerlerindeki artış p değerleri ise >0.05 olduğundan dolayı istatistiki olarak herhangi bir anlam ifade etmemektedir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | In this study the effects of varicocel to semen volume, sperm concentration, sperm motility and sperm morphology parameters were researched. The spermiogram evaluation were done to the patients who were diagnosed varicocel at the age between 18-65 with 3 days sexual abstinence.In the spermiogram evaluation; concentration,motility and morphology parameters checked.Makler counting chamber used for counting the sperm concentration. Motiliy rating done as A and B (progressive motility) , C (non-progressive motility) , D (immotility).The semen volume measured with an 5 ml. injector. The assess of sperm morphology done with Tygerberg (strict) criteria. Semen samples air dried on microscope slides,fixed and stained with hematoxylen by using Papanicolau protocol. And another stain done with Spermac for comparison of the same samples. After varicocelectomy spermiogram evaluation was done again in a time period between 3-18 months. Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test used for statistical assess and the `p? value found as 0.001 for concentration and 0.017 for motility.The increase of concentration and motility values were statisticaly significant.Also for volume the `p? value found as 0.389 and 0.685 for the morphology.The increasing of `p? values >0.05 for volume and morphology were not significant. | en_US |
