Özet
Bu çalışmada çıkış maddesi olarak α-klorasetilferrosen kullanıldı. α-Klorasetilferrosen; ferrosenin Friedel-Crafts açillemesi sonucu önceden yayınlanan literatürler referans alınarak elde edildi. 2-hidroksibenzaldehit ve 2-hidroksi-1-naftaldehit ile dört farklı amino asit metilester (glisin metilester hidroklorür, L-alanin metilester hidroklorür, L-fenilalanin metilester hidroklorür, L-valin metilester hidroklorür) kullanılarak Schiff bazları sentezlendi. α-Klorasetilferrosen ve Schiff bazlarının kondenzasyonu sonucu ferrosen uçlu yeni bileşikler elde edildi. Elde edilen bileşiklerin yapıları elementel analiz, FT-IR, UV-Vis, 1H NMR, 13C NMR spektroskopisi, DSC tekniği ve Dönüşümlü Voltametri (CV) kullanılarak karakterize edildi.
In this study, α-chloroacetylferrocene have been used as starting compound. α-chloroacetylferrocene; Friedel-Crafts acylation of ferrocene results were obtained with reference to the published literature. Schiff bases were synthesized from 2-hydroxybenzaldehyde and 2-hydroxy-1-naphthaldehyde with four different amino acid methylesters (glycine methylester hydrochloride, L-alanine methylester hydrochloride, L-phenylalanine methylester hydrochloride, L-valine methylester hydrochloride). Ferrocene-ended novel compounds was obtained by condensation of α-chloroacetylferrocene with Schiff bases. The structures of the obtained compounds were characterized by using elemental analysis, FT-IR, UV-Vis, 1H NMR, 13C NMR spectroscopy, DSC techniques and cyclic voltammetry (CV.
