| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada, 1991-2019 dönemi içerisinde Türkiye, Almanya, İsviçre, ABD ve Japonya’nın tıbbi ürün endüstrisi ihracat performanslarını belirleyen etmenlerin araştırılması ve ülkelerin endüstri ihracat performanslarının karşılaştırmalı olarak değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda öncelikle sabit pazar payı analizi yardımıyla 1991-2019 döneminde ülkelerin tıbbi ürün endüstrisi ihracat performanslarındaki değişimin kaynakları belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Sanayileşmiş ülkeler ile Türkiye arasında ihracat performanslarının karşılaştırılması ve endüstride sahip olunan ihracat avantaj ve dezavantajlarının belirlenebilmesi amacıyla açıklanmış karşılaştırmalı üstünlükler endeksi elde edilmiştir. Sabit pazar analizinden elde edilen bulgulara göre; çoğu dönemde ülkelerin tıbbi ürün endüstrisindeki ihracat performanslarını belirleyen ana etmen endüstride dünya ticaretindeki artıştır. Çoğu dönemde ülkeler endüstride artan dünya ticaretine kolay ve esnek biçimde uyum sağlayamamışlardır. Türkiye, son dönemlerde endüstride rekabet edilebilirlik düzeyini önemli ölçüde arttırmaktadır. RCA endeksi sonuçlarından elde edilen bulgulara göre; Türkiye ve Japonya tıbbi ürünlerde ihracat dezavantajına sahipken; Almanya, İsviçre, ABD endüstride ihracat avantajına sahiptir. Sonuç olarak, ar-ge çalışmaları ile konunun aydınlatılmasına gereksinim olduğu ve etik açıdan sağlık bakımı ve tedavisinde kalite için sağlık ekonomisine daha fazla pay ayrılması gerektiği önerilebilir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | In this study, it is aimed to evaluate the industry export performances of the countries comparatively and investigate the factors determining the export performance of the medical product industry of Turkey, Germany, Switzerland, the USA, and Japan in the period of 1991-2019. For this purpose, firstly, with the help of constant market share analysis, the sources of the change in the export performance of the medical product industry of the countries in the period of 1991-2019 were tried to be determined. In order to compare the export performances of industrialized countries and Turkey and to determine the export advantages and disadvantages of the owned by industry, the revealed comparative advantage index was obtained. According to the findings obtained from the fixed market analysis; In most periods, the main factor determining the export performance of countries in the medical product industry is the increase in world trade in the industry. Countries, in most periods, could not easily and flexibly adapt to the increasing world trade in industry. Turkey significantly increases the level of competitiveness in the industry. According to the findings obtained from the RCA index results; While Turkey and Japan have an export disadvantage in medical products; Germany, Switzerland and the USA have an export advantage in the industry. As a result, it can be suggested that for ethical health care and treatment quality, the issue should be clarified with research and development studies and more share should be allocated to health economics. | en_US |
