Özet
Çalışmamızın konusunu Konya Koyunoğlu Müzesine bağış yoluyla gelen Roma Dönemi’ne ait 114 ve 136 envanter numaralı mezar stelleri oluşturmaktadır. Kütahya Çavdarhisar’da bulunmuş ve mermerden yapılmış olan ilk mezar stelinin üzerindeki üçgen alınlıkta kartal motifi, alınlık altındaki plaster arasındaki ana betim alanında ise kantharos içinden çıkarak yükselen asma yaprakları ile dallarında bulunan üzümler, bir de kadın figürüne ait olduğu düşünülen para kesesi ve çift taraflı tarak betimlenmiştir. Buluntu yeri belli olmayan diğer bir stelde ise plasterlerle desteklenmiş kemerli bir niş ve bu niş içerisinde, cepheden ayakta verilmiş bir kadın ile erkek figürü ve tercih ettikleri yerel işlikler hakkında bize bilgi sundukları eşyalar betimlenmiştir. Konya Koyunoğlu Müzesinde korunan 114 ve 136 envanter numaralı mezar stelleri işçiliği, kompozisyonu bakımından Phrygia’nın kendine özgü yerel stilini yansıtmaktadır ve figürlerin stilistik özellikleri işçilikleri de temel alınarak yapılan karşılaştırmalar sonucunda envanter numarası 114 olan mezar stelinin MS 2. yüzyılın ikinci çeyreğine, envanter numarası 136 olan mezar stelinin ise MS 3. yüzyılın ikinci çeyreğine ait olduğunu düşündürmektedir.
The subject of our study is on the grave steles which date back to the Roman Period and which came to Konya Koyunoghlu Museum via donations with the inventory number 114 and 136. On the first grave stele which was made of marble and found in Kütahya Çavdarhisar, what is depicted is eagle motif in triangular pediment and between the plaster under the pediment in the main description area are vine leaves with grapes on their branches rising through bellied kantharos, and also a purse and double-sided comb that is considered to have belonged to a female figure. On another stele whose findspot is unclear, what is depicted is in an arched niche supported by plasters and inside this niche is standing female and male figures with items about which they offer us information about their preferred local works. The funerary steles which have the inventory numbers 114 and 136 and which are kept in the Konya Koyunoghlu reflect the distinctive local style of Phrygia museum in the terms of composition and crafting when the stylistic features and workmanship of the figures are compared, we think that the inventory number 114 grave stele belongs to the second quarter of second century AD, and the inventory number 136 grave stele belongs to the second quarter of third century AD.
