Özet
20. yy. başlarından itibaren farklılaşan dünya koşullarının da etkisi ile dünya düzeninin ve ulusların siyasi kültürel etkilerinin değişmesi sonucu sanat çalışmaları da hızlı bir değişim ve gelişim içerisine girmiştir. Bu farkındalık içerisinde 1950 sonrası ortaya çıkan çağdaş sanat yorumunda sanatçılar çok çeşitli malzemelerle çalışmışlardır. Bunun sonucu olarak, farklı sanat disiplinlerine sahip sanatçılar seramiğin sunduğu geniş olanaklar ile eserler üretmeye başlamışlardır. Türk seramik sanatı da dünyadaki bu ileri gidişe kayıtsız kalmamış ve eş zamanlı bir etkileşim olmuştur. Sadi Diren'in Çağdaş Türk Seramiği Sanatındaki Yerini, eserlerinin biçim, form ve renk aynı zamanda figüratif çalışmaları ele alınarak incelenmesi, Sadi Diren'in hayatı, eğitim süreci ve sanat yaşamından bahsedilmektedir. Araştırmanın sonucunda Sadi Diren'in çalışmalarından esinlenilerek yapılan figüratif tasarımlar farklı yüzey ve formlar ile ortaya konulmuştur.
20th century as a result of the change of world order and political cultural effects of nations with the effect of differentiating world conditions since the beginning of the art, art works entered into a rapid change and development. Within this awareness, artists worked with various materials in the interpretation of contemporary art that emerged after 1950. As a result, artists with different art disciplines began to produce works with the wide possibilities offered by ceramics. Turkish ceramic art has not been indifferent to this advance in the world and has been a simultaneous interaction. Sadi Diren's Place in Contemporary Turkish Ceramic Art, his works of form, form and color, as well as figurative studies are examined, Sadi Diren's life, education process and art life are mentioned. As a result of the research, figurative designs inspired by the works of Sadi Diren were presented with different surfaces and forms.
