| dc.description.abstract | letisim günlük hayatın devamında son derece önemli bir kavramdır. Hayatın her anı ve alanında bireyler, diger bireyler ve toplumla olan iliskilerini iletisim sayesinde gerçeklestirirler. Toplumsal bir varlık olan insanın iletisime girmemesi, hayatını iletisim olmaksızın devam ettirebilmesi düsünülemez. Bu baglamda, insanların belirli bir amaç dogrultusunda bir araya gelerek olusturdukları kurumların da varlıklarını devam ettirebilmeleri için iletisim temeline dayanan eylemlere ihtiyaçları vardır. Kurumların gerçeklestirdikleri iletisim çabaları kendi bünyeleri dısında yer alan diger kisi, kurum ve müsterilere yönlenebilecegi gibi; kendi bünyesi içinde bulunan çalısanlara da yönlenebilir. Bu tür bir iletisim düzeni de ?kurumsal iletisim?i olusturur. Kurumsal iletisim düzeninin yerlestirilmesi, iletisimin istenen sonuçları dogurmasının basarılması, amaç, hedef ve planların belirlenen sekle ulasması asamasında ise etkili, insanları pesinden sürükleyebilen, kurum üyelerine kendini kabul ettirmis bir ?lider?in varlıgına ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır. | en_US |

At any moment of life and it?s square, persons execute their connection with other persons and society with communication. It?s unthinkable for the human not to communicate with others and live without communication. In this context, next to the people, also foundations have got some actions which are standing up to the communication because of continue their existence. The communication efforts of foundations can point other persons, foundations and customers as well as point the workers in it?s structure. This kind of communication program is constitute `Institutional Communication?.
