| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada D-8 ekonomilerinin nasıl bir yapısal değişim süreci geçirdiklerinin ortaya konulması amaçlanmıştır. Bu doğrultuda ilgili ekonomilerin geçen birkaç on yılda toplam üretim, istihdam ve ihracatlarının sektörel bileşimlerindeki değişmelere odaklanılmıştır. Toplam üretimdeki sektörel değişmeler şöyle gerçekleşmiştir. Tarım sektörünün GSYİH’daki payı İran ve Nijerya hariç, diğer D-8 ülkelerinde sürekli azalan bir seyir izlemiştir. Tarımın GSYH’daki payının en fazla azaldığı ülke Türkiye’dir. Sanayinin GSYİH’daki payı Türkiye ve Bangladeş’te artmaya devam etmekte diğer D-8 ülkelerinde ise dalgalı bir seyir izlemektedir. Türkiye, Bangladeş ve Pakistan’da GSYİH’daki hizmetlerin payı sürekli artarken diğer ülkelerde dalgalı bir seyir söz konusudur. 1980 yılına göre 2018 yılında D-8 ülkelerinde tüketim malları üretiminin toplam imalattaki payı azalmış yatırım malları üretiminin toplam imalattaki payı ise artmıştır. Ancak tüm D8 ülkelerinde imalatın yarıdan fazlası düşük teknolojiyle üretilen ürünlerden oluşmaktadır. Toplam istihdamdaki sektörel değişmeler ise, şu şekilde gerçekleşmiştir. 1991 yılına göre 2018 yılında tüm D-8 ülkelerinde istihdamda tarımın payı ciddi düzeylerde azalmış ancak tarımdan boşalan işgücü sanayiden daha çok hizmetlere akmıştır. İhracattaki değişmelere bakıldığında ise, 1990 yılına göre 2018 yılında Pakistan dışındaki D-8 ülkelerinin ihracatında imalat ürünlerinin payının önemli oranla arttığı ancak imalat ürünleri ihracatının ağırlığının hala düşük teknolojiyle üretilmiş ürünlerden oluşmaya devam ettiği görülmektedir. | dc.description.abstract | In this study, is aimed to reveal what kind of structural change the Developing-8 economies have undergone. In this direction, the focus has been on the changes in the sectoral composition of the total production, employment and exports of the relevant economies over the past few decades. The sectoral changes in total production were as follows. The share of the agricultural sector in GDP has been declining steadily in other Developing-8 countries, excluding Iran and Nigeria. The country where the share of agriculture in GDP decreased the most is Turkey. The share of industry in GDP in continues to increase in Turkey and Bangladesh and fluctuates in other Developing-8 countries. While the share of services in GDP is constantly increasing in Turkey, Bangladesh and Pakistan, there is afluctuating course in other countries. Compared to 1980, the share of consumer goods production in total manufacturing decreased in Developing8 countries in 2018, while the share of investment goods production in total manufacturing increased. However, in all Developing-8 countries more than half of the manufacturing consist of low-technology products. The sectoral changes in total employment were as follows. Compared to 1991, the share of agriculture in employment decreased significantly in all Developing-8 countries in 2018, but the labor force that was vocated from agriculture flowed more from industry to services. Looking at the changes in exports, compared to 1990, it is seen that the share of manufactured products in the exports of Developing-8 countries excluding Pakistan increased significantly in 2018, but the weight of exports of manufactured products still consist of products produced with low technology. | en_US |
