dc.description.abstractEğitim ve öğretim, toplumun ihtiyaç duyduğu insanı yetiştirme faaliyeti olarak tanımlanır. İnsan ise, duygusu, inancı, bilgisi, fikri, sözü ve davranışı ile bir bütün olarak kabul edilmeli ve bu bütünlüğün eğitimde de dikkate alınması gerekmektedir. Nitekim ilk, orta ve yüksek öğretim kademeleri için hazırlanan programlarda amaçlar, bu bütünlük doğrultusunda bilişsel, duyuşsal ve devinimsel seviyelerde ayrı ayrı tespit edilmiştir. Türk Milli Eğitimi'nin temel amaçları etrafında gelişen bu hedeflerin esası, fertlere istenilen bilgi, duygu ve davranışları kazandırmaktır. Fakat uygulanan öğretim programları neticesinde öğrencilerin belirlenen hedeflere ulaşma yani istendik davranış kazanma düzeyi, bugün eğitimimizin önemli sorunlarından biri haline gelmiştir. Bu araştırmanın temel amacı, ilköğretim okulları 2. kademesinde 6. ve 7. sınıflarda okutulan Sosyal Bilgiler dersi Tarih konularının öğretiminde, öğretmen ve müfettiş görüşlerine başvurarak değerlendirme yapmaktır. Değerlendirmede, Konya Merkez İlköğretim okullarında görev yapmakta olan Sosyal Bilgiler öğretmenlerinin ve İl Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğünde görev yapmakta olan müfettişlerin görüşlerine başvurulmuştur.
dc.description.abstractEducation and teaching can be defined as the education of the people necessity for the society. Man however, is to be accepted as a whole with his emotions, beliefs, knowledge, ideas, words and behaviours and unity is also taken in to consideration in education. Hence, the aims of the programs at primary, secondary and higher education are defined individually within this unity for cognitive, emotional and motional levels.The aim of these objectives prepared in line with the basic aims of the Turkish Ministry Of Education, is to enable the students gain the knowldege, emotions, and behaviours reguired. However, the acguisition level at the reguired behaviours has been a major problem of our educational system. The main aim of the current study is to make an evaluation of the history topics taught in Social Sciences classes at the second stage at primary education at the 6.th and 7.th grades. The evaluations was based on the views of current social sciences teachers teaching in the primary schools within the city center of Konya and the inspectors working at the local directorate of the Ministry of Education.
