| dc.description.abstract | Günümüzde artan rekabet şartlarına ayak uydurabilmek ve rekabet ortamında uzun dönemde pazarda varlığını sürdürebilmek için başarılı bir tedarik zinciri oluşturmak gerekmektedir. Rekabet sadece işletmeler arasında değil tedarikçiler arasında da olmaktadır. İşletmeler değerlerini arttırmak için kendilerine en fazla fayda sağlayacak tedarikçileri seçmek durumundadırlar. Tedarikçi seçimi karar vericiler için karmaşık bir durumdur. Tedarikçilerin güçlü ve zayıf yönleri iyi analiz edilmeli ve işletmenin amacını gerçekleştirmesinde en yüksek faydayı sağlayacak tedarikçi tespit edilmelidir. Tedarikçi seçim probleminde Çok Kriterli Karar Verme yöntemleri, hem pratik hem etkili sonuçlar vermektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, Çok Kriterli Karar Verme yöntemleri ile en uygun tedarikçinin seçilmesidir. Çalışmada tedarikçi seçiminde Çok Kriterli Karar Verme yöntemleri kullanılarak, bu yöntemler karşılaştırılmıştır. Böylece tedarikçi seçimi yapılırken Çok Kriterli Karar Verme yöntemleri de detaylı olarak incelenmiştir. Çok Kriterli Karar Verme Yöntemlerinden olan MAUT, TOPSIS, SAW yöntemleri kullanılarak tedarikçilerin sıralamaları yapılmıştır. Yapılan bu sıralamalar BORDA SAYIM Yöntemi ile karşılaştırılmıştır. Bu karşılaştırmalar sonucunda işletmeye en çok fayda sağlayacak tedarikçi belirlenmiştir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | In today's world, in order to keep up with the compeititon conditions and to keep presence within the competition environment of the market for a long time, a successful supply chain must be established. The competition occurs not only amongst the companies but also amongst the suppliers. Businesses must choose the suppliers that would bring them the most benefits to raise their values. Supplier selection is a complicated process for the decision makers. Strenghts and weaknesses of the suppliers must be analysed thoroughly and the supplier that would bring the highest possible benefits for the company to achieve its goals must be addressed. Multi-Criteria Decision-Making methods results in both practical and effective outcomes for the problem of supplier selection. The purpose of this study is to select the most suitable supplier by using multi-criteria decision-making methods. In the study, multi-criteria decision-making methods have been utilized in supplier selection and those methods have been compared. By using MAUT, TOPSIS, SAW, which are some of the multi-criteria decision-making methods, rankings of the suppliers have been made. These rankings have been compared with BORDA SAYIM method. After those comparisons, the supplier with the highest benefits has been addressed. | en_US |
