dc.description.abstractBu çalışma MÖ II. bin yıl içinde Asur Ticaret Kolonileri, Hitit Devleti, İsin Hanedanlığı, Eşnunna ve Eski Babil Krallığı ile Orta Asur İmparatorluğu zamanında tazminat ve idama ilişkin cezaların hangi sebeplerden dolayı uygulamaya konulmuş olduğu ve Anadolu ve Mezopotamya coğrafyasında tazminat ve idamı gerekli kılan suçlara hangi cezaların uygun görüldüğü çalışma kapsamında ele alınmaya çalışılmıştır. Ayrıca ilgili dönemde cezaların oluşturulması ve uygulanmasında kimlerin etkin bir pozisyonda bulunduğu ve hangi meclislerin işlevsel olduğu da çalışma kapsamına dahil edilmiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn this study, it has been tried to handle the reasons for the imposition of compensation and death penalties during the time of the Assyrian Trade Colonies, the Hittite State, the Kingdom of Isin, the Eshnunna and Old Babylon Kingdom, and the Middle Assyrian Empire, and which penalties were appropriate for the crimes requiring compensation and execution in Anatolia and Mesopotamia in the second millennium BC. In addition, those who were in an effective position in the creation and implementation of penalties in the relevant period and which councils were functional were also included in the study.en_US
