| dc.description.abstract | Modern toplumların en önemli göstergelerinden birisi o toplumun sağlık düzeyi ve verilen sağlık hizmetlerinin hukuki boyutudur. Dünya üzerinde sınırların belirginliğini yitirmesi sonucu toplumun beklentileri neredeyse tamamen değişmiştir. Bu değişikliklere ayak uydurabilmek ancak değişim ve çevreye duyarlı olmakla elde edilebilmektedir. Bu bağlamda Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Sağlık Bakanlığı Sağlıkta Kalite Standartlarını geliştirerek, sağlık alanında gerçekleştirilen büyük yatırımlar, hedeflere yönelik uygulamaya konulan adımlar ve sağlıkta kalite kültürünün oluşturulmasını sağlamıştır. Sunulan sağlık hizmetlerinin hukuki yönden de bağlayıcılığı üzerine Sağlık Bakanlığı çalışmalar yapmış ve Sağlık Kalite Standartları içerisine “Bilişsel Mahremiyet” konusunu eklemiştir. Bilişsel Mahremiyet; Bireyin kişisel verilerine ulaşmaması gereken kişiler tarafından ulaşılma durumunun kontrol edebilmesidir. Bireyin kendisiyle alakalı verilere nasıl, ne zaman ve ne miktarda açıklanabileceğine karar verme hakkı olarakta tanımlanmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, Sağlıkta Kalite Standartları metodolojisi üzerinde durularak, hastalara ait veri güvenliğinin bilişsel mahremiyet kapsamında ele alınması amaçlanmıştır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | One of the most important indicators of modern societies is the level of health and the legal dimension of the health care provided. As a result of the loss of the clarity of the border; The expectations of the world community has completely changed. To keep pace with these changes can only be achieved by being sensitive to change and environment. The Ministry of Health in Turkey has improved the Quality Standards of Health, ensuring large investments in health field, steps toward simple mentation of targets and quality culture in health area achieved. The Ministry of Health has undertaken studies ana qualities offered by health services in the legal direction and added "Cognitive Confidentiality" in the Health Quality Standards. Cognitive Confidentiality, is the ability of the individual to control Access by persons who should not have Access to personal data. It is defined as the right of the individual to decide how, when, and how much to be explained to him or her. In this study, the safety of patient's data will be treated within the scope of cognitive privacy by focusing on the methodology of Quality Standards of Health. | en_US |
